Daniel was my service provider and 5 stars is not enough to award him The day before we were suppose to leave for a long roadtrip for our Christmas plans My Mini's warning systems went into overdrive ( n to award him The day before we were suppose to leave for a long roadtrip for our Christmas plans My Mini's warning systems went into overdrive ( noises and warning lights that i had never heard or seen) at 4:30pm near closing time for the service dept. I immediately called Mini and Daniel said get in here and we will do a Diagnostic even though it was almost time for him and the mechanics to go home, The diagnosis was bad, but Daniel kept me calm as I realized my Christmas plans were unraveling. He squeezed us into their schedule first thing in the morning in hopes he could save Christmas. Sadly that wasn't the case and as the days turned into weeks with repairs and acquiring parts and Daniel advocating on my behalf to the rude tire people (warranty issue) he kept me informed every step of the way. Most importantly, Daniel's knowledge and insistence I come in immediately most likely saved my husband and I from serious injury or death over Christmas and far from home We are so very appreciative of Daniel! More

I originally had my appointment on Friday, but had to change my appointment. The team quickly rescheduled and had my car serviced the following Monday.
