I liked that I was updated throughout the service with texts including a video showing the work that was done and a notification when my car was ready to be picked up. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for one of your exceptional staff members, Devin Miller. During my recent visit to your dealership, Devin went above and beyond to help me out when I enc one of your exceptional staff members, Devin Miller. During my recent visit to your dealership, Devin went above and beyond to help me out when I encountered a miscommunication issue with one of your agents over the phone. Although the agent had informed me that I could walk in and get my car serviced by the end of the day, the service crew told me they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate me. I was disappointed, but Devin listened to my situation and took it upon himself to ensure that my car was serviced by the end of the day despite the earlier miscommunication. Devin's excellent customer service skills really made my day and left a lasting positive impression. His dedication, willingness to help, and ability to make things happen in a challenging situation were truly remarkable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at your dealership, and Devin's exceptional service really stood out to me. My MINI Clubman wanted oil change and just a bit more of brake fluid. Plus, my MINI key began to misbehave. I always serviced it at the dealership even though it is over 40 miles drive for me. No problem brake fluid. Plus, my MINI key began to misbehave. I always serviced it at the dealership even though it is over 40 miles drive for me. No problem with oil change - expensive as expected, though. Dealership insisted that instead of topping off brake fluid as MINI indicated, they absolutely must flush the brake system. Over $200 just for that, even though it wasn't really necessary. And regarding the key - they had absolutely no clue. Locksmith down the street figured it out in under 5 minutes at no charge. So much for dealership "expertise" Next time I need routine service it won't be there - no reason at all. They are friendly and polite, but so are many other people who don't charge me for the niceties. More
The experience was extremely horrible. I dropped off my car in the morning to get it serviced but then didn’t get any communication or update about it for the entire day. Wasn’t informed of their “shuttling service hours” and ended up finding my own way down there to pick up my car. The technician had already taken off by the time I got there which was around 6pm. Not a big deal to not get a ride but ABSOLUTELY horrible to not get any communication about the status of my car for the entire day. Just simply the worst service experience I’ve ever had. More
I used to be a customer at MINI of Stevens Creek but moved to SF for work but now I’m back. Their customer service is superb and just like how I remembered it to be and that’s why I’m happy to be a repe moved to SF for work but now I’m back.
