They evaluated my car, what repair it needed, and gave me an estimate. I authorized them to do the repair work. When the car was repaired, the bill was a lot higher than the estimate. I liked that I was updated throughout the service with texts including a video showing the work that was done and a notification when my car was ready to be picked up. Although the agent had informed me that I could walk in and get my car serviced by the end of the day, the service crew told me they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate me. I was disappointed, but Devin listened to my situation and took it upon himself to ensure that my car was serviced by the end of the day despite the earlier miscommunication. Devin's excellent customer service skills really made my day and left a lasting positive impression.
