The sales manager told us that even though we brought our own financing, we are required to apply for in house financing. After failing to fully explain why this was the case my wife and I made it clear that we were not applying for additional financing. At this point every interaction became hostile. Next the paperwork that needed to be submitted to my bank was delayed. When I asked why it was not sent the reply was "well we were super busy". Next they claim that the paperwork was sent but per my bank they have not. Lord knows when I will get my vehicle. Now I have attempted to speak to different departments for a status update. Phones are unanswered, messages go unanswered and emails go unreplied. Best of luck to any poor soul who chooses to do business with autonation or Mini of Stevens Creek. More

But what really rankles is that they claimed to wash the car but it came home dirtier than when it left. This is a very expensive service option for anything routine. You can find independent automotive service shops that will do the same work for less, in less time without the arrogance. More

Terrible Management I purchase a new mini that was shipped to Michigan from Stevens Creek. Service Department Customer Service is extremely poor. Went to the dealership 2 days prior to set up appoint for regular car maintenance. Discussed all the things that needed to be done with special mention of stripes need replacement. Service advisor stated " Oh yes, strips is now included in the warranty because MINI recognizes that it's been an issue " discoloration of the stripes". Took car at 0800 for the scheduled appointment, 3 hrs after service advisor called saying that 'stripes is not covered by warranty. He said his manager is not approving the service and that there area lot of cars that are backlog 1-2 days ago that need to be done". that they cannot finish the oil change, brake service that same day and that they haven't even started with the job. I decided to pull my car out of the dealership, the service person did not even look up or talk to me when I came back to pick up my car and I have to wait for they cannot locate the car. I drove 110 miles for this scheduled appointment , my needs was not met and i received the worst customer service. More

Great selection of Minis, Ken was helpful and informative to get me the car I wanted. Ken had a I'm always ready to help attitude and his knowledge of Minis was superior. I traveled about a 150 miles to pic to get me the car I wanted. Ken had a I'm always ready to help attitude and his knowledge of Minis was superior. I traveled about a 150 miles to pick up my roadster and Ken was there at the station to pick me up and drive me to the dealership. The people at Mini of Stevens Creek were very helpful in finding the right car for me. Gifford was extremely patient and did an excellent job going through their inventory of cars to find the right color an finding the right car for me. Not once did I feel pressured and once I decided on the vehicle it took less than an hour and I was on my way in my new mini! More
