Mini of Stevens Creek is the best car dealer I have ever dealt with. They went beyond my expectations over and over again every time I have interacted with them. Firstly, the used vehicle was in in incredib dealt with. They went beyond my expectations over and over again every time I have interacted with them. Firstly, the used vehicle was in in incredible shape when they offered it for sale, unlike other dealers I have dealt with. The purchase and trade in was very easy thanks to Vincent. And afterwards they backed up and actually extended their (free) dealer provided warranty on my vehicle to make a moderate but not obvious repair when they did not need to. Thanks to Hector and the Service department for that.. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will look them up again the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. More
After we signed paperwork we had to return after 4 days because of a bank issue over the weekend. They were extremely difficult to get a hold of and very hard to get return phone calls. They didn’t tell us there was only one key until we went to pick the car up and that will cost $350 for a second key. We told them the hood latch didn’t release and they had 4 days but they didn’t fix it so my husband fixed it himself. Because the front clip was so loose part of the plastic fender fell off on the highway and my husband had to order a new one and fix it himself More
