I live halfway across the country but found a used car for a great price on Autotrader at this dealer. I would not recommend buying remotely from this dealer. Pros: I got the car, and it was in good sh for a great price on Autotrader at this dealer. I would not recommend buying remotely from this dealer. Pros: I got the car, and it was in good shape. The price was great, and the cost to ship it to me was what I expected from getting quotes online. Cons: It's over a month later and I still haven't received the title (which in my state means they can fine me for not registering it in time). They do not seem to understand the process themselves of who has the title and where it will eventually be sent. The staff were at times reasonable and at times quite rude, to the point where I had to lose my temper and tell them not to laugh at me and not to call me "buddy". I have had to call and email for two separate issues and the delay has been a week or more for someone to finally get back to me with the information I need to move the deal forward, even though it was just a 10-minute conversation that was needed. There is no way to escalate a problem you are having with the transaction because there is no general manager listed on the website and when you call and ask to talk to them, you just are sent to the same sales director or finance director who is the problem in the first place. I even called Autonation in Florida and asked them to help, but they said they would call back in a week and never did. More

Had the worst experience in this dealer. I bought a 2007 Chevy Silverado that had the transmission slipped, so I returned the truck back with the 5 days and 250 miles. I was told that after signing the release of liability that I will get my down payment back within the next 14 days. 14 days had past and I still haven’t gotten back my refund. People are no longer friendly because they made 0 sale on me. I will not recommend at will never buy from them anymore. This is the 2nd autonation that I had bad experience with. More
