Their costumer service is absolutely horrible; prior to purchasing the car, we were promised to receive paperwork/report history of the car so we could get a second opinion from our mechanic. After purchas purchasing the car, we were promised to receive paperwork/report history of the car so we could get a second opinion from our mechanic. After purchasing the car, they kept delaying/sending the documents. Once we got the paperwork, the report wasn’t updated, missing the last three weeks. Pedro seemed nice at first, however he was very unprofessional sales person, he called and scheduled appointment to pick up the second key. We drove for two hours to their office only to find out that he had forgotten to communicate with the management and order the keys. We were extremely disappointed with their costumer service. More
Could not get into contact with service department to check for part availability. Long wait time before the service write up. Did not get updates on the works done. check for part availability. Long wait time before the service write up. Did not get updates on the works done. More
I left my car for service and they took really long because they are short of staff. I called several times to learn the status of my car but no body return my call. So I have to go there again to find because they are short of staff. I called several times to learn the status of my car but no body return my call. So I have to go there again to find out. More
OIL CHANGE AND BASIC MAINTENANCE: Not a review of the personnel. Every person I dealt with was very cordial and clearly overworked. I came in for an 11 o'clock appointment and didn't get my car back unti personnel. Every person I dealt with was very cordial and clearly overworked. I came in for an 11 o'clock appointment and didn't get my car back until 6pm. I don't live in the area and I was told it would take no more than an hour and a half. I Ubered around town and did some errands. I kept calling in to get a status and no one was available to take a call and I was told my contact person was gone for the day. When I came in they hadn't touched my car and my maintenance person was there and had no idea I had called. The Manager put my car in and it took another "hour and a half" . Their current system is broken. The call center is out of Arizona and has no clue about what the shop can handle and their computer system doesn't update anyone in the chain of command. Good people VERY bad system. More
Took my brand new (3 Month new) Mini in for scheduled service and was charged $400 for 'running diagnostics' because I said there was a rattle in passenger side door (which is still there) and the steeri service and was charged $400 for 'running diagnostics' because I said there was a rattle in passenger side door (which is still there) and the steering would shimmy at high speeds (which it also still does). Complete rip off. They didnt even check the air in the tires (which I found afterwards was causing the shimmy. Filled them and fixed myself). To think I was about to buy another car there - no way, ever. You can tell a lot by a car dealership service, and this was awful. More
Extremely friendly & helpful. My husband & I worked with Luis to find the right Mini for us. He was so helpful & if he wasn’t sure he sought out the information for us to ensure we had the information we ne Luis to find the right Mini for us. He was so helpful & if he wasn’t sure he sought out the information for us to ensure we had the information we needed to make our final decision. Dusan was also extremely friendly & helpful. I can’t recommend Mini of Steven’s Creek more. We did not feel rushed or forced to make a purchase. This was my first experience working with a dealership & it was nothing like stories I’ve heard from friends & family. More
BUYERS BEWARE: We purchased a used Mazda from this dealership on 9/20. I wish we would have done a little more research before stepping foot in this place. The purchase of the vehicle came with a 5 d dealership on 9/20. I wish we would have done a little more research before stepping foot in this place. The purchase of the vehicle came with a 5 day money back guarantee. On day 3 we started noticing the car making a weird noise when we would switch gears and press on the break. We immediately called the dealership to report these issues and were told we would get a call back. On day 4 we had not heard from anyone so we decided to just drive to the dealership and speak to someone in person. Since we didn't have an appointment, we were told that they would squeeze us in to take a look. At that time we mentioned the money back guarantee and we were thinking about returning the vehicle. Day 5: No calls or Updates, when we called ourselves to inquire they said they didn't have record of the vehicle, put me on hold for 20 mins just to come back and say they do have the car but that everyone from the service department had left for the day and they couldn't give us any information. When I persisted that we need more info I was hung up on. I called back and spoke to a gentleman and he stated he would be transferring me to a manager, guess where he transferred me to? A dealership in Las Vegas! I was extremely upset at that point. I immediately called back and spoke to someone again and they assured me that they would be calling us first thing in the morning with an update. Day 6: We get a call with them asking us to come in to the dealership, when we arrived the service agent told us he was new, and that he decided not to run a diagnostic because it would "cost you too much" and said he instead just replaced the battery. The sound on the car got progressively worse day after day, until we couldn't even switch the gears anymore. We got the car towed to a licensed mechanic who after being in the car for less than 2 minutes knew that there was a transmission issue. After running a diagnostic he came back and said that the entire transmission needed to be replaced. We were quoted $4000 for these repairs. That's half the cost of the whole car! He also found that some transmission repairs were done that was not reported to us at the time of purchase. We called the dealership today to let them know this and they stated they can't do anything because the car is a Mazda and they don't repair Mazdas. California has VERY strict consumer rights laws regarding the sell of used vehicles. We have already filed a complaint with BBB and are now gathering all of our documentation and phone call records in preparation for legal action. Please take my advice and take your business elsewhere! More
