Great service with a friendly atmosphere and not the typical salesmanship we all know from pushy car salespeople. Due to the busy nature of that Saturday when we bought the Mini, we waited quite a long time to get through the final steps of the contract, but since we did not have other plans it was fine. Shrinkflation is real at Stevens Creek Mini. You get less service now, but expect to pay much more. My sunroof got stuck open on a rainy day, and of course, it’s no longer covered by my warranty You get less service now, but expect to pay much more. My sunroof got stuck open on a rainy day, and of course, it’s no longer covered by my warranty. I was stuck and had to pay $250 for them to spend five minutes to give me an estimate to fix. They quoted me $1960 to fix and it since it required 6 hours labor, (discounted from 6.5 hours just to be nice.) They also included a free sales pitch for a brand new unneeded battery for $450 extra. I asked if it would be less if the sunroof could be fixed in less than six hours. They said that was impossible. I asked if they could just get it closed instead, before it rained again, which they also said was impossible. I opted for neither, but they still insisted I pay the $250, and I still had a broken sunroof. Back at home, my husband who knows nothing about cars watched a few You Tube videos, and spent about an hour and a half fiddling around and got it sealed and closed. More
