Recently, I stopped by the Service Dept. without an appointment to have my tires checked following a low tire light. I was greeted in a professional manner and was attended to immediately. My brand new Mini had an indicator on that a bulb was out. I drove to Mini Of St Louis and got there at just before 5pm today. They were closing for the holiday weekend. I spoke to Steve, and he had m out. I drove to Mini Of St Louis and got there at just before 5pm today. They were closing for the holiday weekend. I spoke to Steve, and he had me pull in while Dave wrote up the paperwork. The techs were gone already, but the service manager, Steve, replaced a burned out reverse bulb for me himself!!! I was so thankful that even though they were closing, they still took care of the issue for me and saved me a trip back. Steve and Dave were the best ever! More
