MINI of St Louis - Service Center

I bought my car from Mini St. Louis and I always take it there for service. Everyone there was so nice and attentive. Each time I take in my car, I never have to worry about it. I know everything will be there for service. Everyone there was so nice and attentive. Each time I take in my car, I never have to worry about it. I know everything will be exactly perfect. The people are friendly and helpful, especially Rick. He always I listens to what I came in for and is never pushing for me to do "extra" stuff for my car. He always treats me like a person, not just another potential dollar. Even after moving out of the St. Louis area to Texas, I still bring my car back to Mini St. Louis for service because of the excellent care I've received. I would recommend Rick and Mini St. Louis to everyone! More

We own two MiniCoopers. They are excellent cars. Unfortunately, my wife's Mini suffered a catastrophic engine failure requiring a new engine under warranty. I cannt complain about any of the service, both Reliable BMW in Springfield and Mini of St Louis dealt with our problem in a professional. Dave who works at Mini of St Louis was especially helpful in arranging the pick up and return of the car. He kept me informed and went out of his way to make things right. I recommend them and appreciate their service... And we have a small snow storm here as a complicating factor. Thanks to Mini, best car I have ever had. More
