I drive 256 mi to have my Mini Coupe serviced by Mini of St Louis. Their exceptional level of work, ability to problem solve in a very efficient manner, and positive attitude keep me coming back! Might I add, Steve goes above and beyond to make sure everyone's experience is "the best" and definitely goes the extra mile to make sure one is content with their Mini at the end of their service. Steve personalizes ones experience and makes them feel like right at home with his honesty and diligence. Steve builds a great relationship with all customers/clients which allows one feel comfortable in their shoes and know they will be taken car of when Steve is on the job. More

My brand new Mini had an indicator on that a bulb was out. I drove to Mini Of St Louis and got there at just before 5pm today. They were closing for the holiday weekend. I spoke to Steve, and he had m out. I drove to Mini Of St Louis and got there at just before 5pm today. They were closing for the holiday weekend. I spoke to Steve, and he had me pull in while Dave wrote up the paperwork. The techs were gone already, but the service manager, Steve, replaced a burned out reverse bulb for me himself!!! I was so thankful that even though they were closing, they still took care of the issue for me and saved me a trip back. Steve and Dave were the best ever! More
