First of all, I too love my Mini Convertible! I had a great experience when I went to test drive it last October and it helped that it was very warm and I got to drive with the top down. I had looked at the Mini and drove it, then I stated that I want to have my husband come back with me to look at it for his input. Even though I came back with my husband, I was treated as the buyer and not the "wife/female" that another dealership had. This was going to be my car and I was the one who got the attention regarding it! I have also had great experience the 2 times I was at the service dept. for a warranty check up and the other for a small issue that was fixed while I waited. There I was treated with respect and the courteous that I expected as a customer. I loved the way my Mini looks when they get done - like brand new - clean & shinning. Almost can't wait to take it back for that alone! I enjoy my service experience and my Mini. Glad the weather is getting warmer cause my top is going down!!! Thanks for your efforts to all the staff. I recommend Mini of St. Louis. PS: I wish they were closer to Alton, IL so I didn't have to drive 45 mins., but then I wouldn't have an excuse to have lunch with my husband. More
I went to Mini for the first time recently and could not have been more pleased. Not only was the work done well and quickly, the department checked my warranty and then informed me there was extra work tha have been more pleased. They could have easily waited and charged me hundreds of dollars for the repairs and work instead. I am impressed with this high level of integrity. Thank you. My Mini needed regular service. I was able to make an appointment in the day I wanted and dropped off the car the night before. Rick called the next morning to tell me i needed new breaks.
