I was having a hard time understanding all the details, but he took the time to ensure I fully understood all the details. I was in a real hurry so David J. and Rick worked together to get my car in and out so I could keep my meeting schedule. Carrie, you pull it all together at the end. Went The Extra Mile Recently, I took my Mini to the (exceptional) service department for a repair, just before the factory warranty was about to expire. I left the dealer Recently, I took my Mini to the (exceptional) service department for a repair, just before the factory warranty was about to expire. I left the dealership with a new Mini! All relevant associates "went the extra mile" to get the deal done. The transaction exceeded my expectations (no easy feat), as evidenced by the fact that just 3 days prior to the service visit, I purchased brand new tires for the traded car, as I had planned on keeping it. That fact speaks volumes about the dealership's willingness and ability to keep a current customer satisfied. This is my 4th Mini from them, and I am sure more will follow. My salesperson, Karen Fortune, is the consummate sales rep. She has a tremendous mastery of the different models, as well as all particulars of each model. And, if she does not know the answer, she finds it! How refreshing. Mary Silver "welcomes" each customer to the dealership who calls, with her infectiously positive tone and attitude. Tina Logue, the finance manager, is a true pro. She informs the customer of the various available products, but does so without being "pushy". Rick Drezek, a service advisor, is a beacon of info for the customer. He is a "straight shooter" and I feel he "has the customer's back", by providing neutral advice. Neil Westfall, the sales manager, is, quite simply, a "magician". My recent sales transaction was very complicated, but he figured out a way to accomplish the sale while, again, exceeding my expectations. Derek J and Marvin are the best darn porters in the city! More
