Incredible Understanding Service Friday July 4th. Put the top down on my '07 Mini Cooper S and headed out. Got to first hill in subdivision and car started slowing down. Pushed acc Friday July 4th. Put the top down on my '07 Mini Cooper S and headed out. Got to first hill in subdivision and car started slowing down. Pushed accelerator half way and car continued to slow. Floored it and rpm's went up to 3,600 but car continued slowing. Got back home. Monday at 7am I called Mini and spoke with Todd. Explained what was going on with car and also advised that I was stranded since my wife had gone out of town in her car. Todd said bring it in. My normal 20 minute drive took an hour and a half. Scariest drive ever since I couldn't get my Mini going more than 10mph. Every hill I went down I knew someone would come sailing up and rear end me. Got to Mini Service with no accidents. Todd had a loaner waiting for me. Called me to advise they hadn't had a chance to lookk at my car yet. Called again Tuesday to advise I needed throttle box. I okayed and received a call Wed. afternoon advising me car was ready. It now drives like a completely different car. But this is about the service department. And it is the single best service dept. I have ever dealt with (and this includes some 35 service departments thru the years). Todd was understanding, went over and above in getting me in with zero notice, provided loaner, kept me apprised of everything going on and is a standout guy. Great service. Great car. Couldn't be happier ( even after spending $650 for repairs) which says all that's needed about this service dept. More
FUN CITY Just had my car serviced for the first time sense buying the car a year ago. These guys love there job. It was so much fun. These guys have fun. You feel like your part of the family. Plus they said in one hour in and out. Car washed and vacuumed. Man it was awesome. Thanks for the great service. Can' wait till next year. Excellent! More than I expected. I had a repair issue on my Mini which had come up about a year ago as well. The service manager, Todd, took a personal interest in seeing to it that I had a repair issue on my Mini which had come up about a year ago as well. The service manager, Todd, took a personal interest in seeing to it that the problem was remedied properly, and made sure it was fixed right. Even though my warranty had expired, they charged me nothing for the work they did on my car. I think they really have integrity, and they make you feel like you and your car are very important to them. I highly recommend Mini of St. Louis and all of the great people that work there. More

Mini tells me when it has been missed! The folks are always more then helpful and with my busy schedule it is hard to narrow a time for an appointment. They are always straightforward and will give me estimates prior to work performed in needed. More

They did not treat me like a dumb blonde I came in because my check engine light was on. Scary huh, well it was for me. Dave took the time to go out to my car, checked my gas cap, found it wa I came in because my check engine light was on. Scary huh, well it was for me. Perfect things still exist It is funny how lately places just don't have good customer service... I went in to Mini of St Louis the last week of December to look for a car I love small car's and was pretty sure I was going to buy a Fiat. Phil Tripoli approached me he was very friendly, casual, I felt no pressure. he suggested for me to sit in one of the cars, then asked if I wanted to drive one and he asked just at the right time. I came a week later to purchase the car he was able to show me a couple others in my price range and Manual transmission that was a must for me. I picked a completely different one than what I had picked originally..I was so happy. I had taken a loan elsewhere so when I was sitting with Tina Logue in Finance just to do title etc she showed me service packages etc...that I was so ready to turn down but she explained the service package very well the whole time I felt like she had my best interest in mind. I ended up financing through BMW with a better interest than I had originally. A few weeks later I unfortunately and accidentally hit/jumped a median and caused damage to my driver side tire. Had the car towed to mini. And had a call Monday telling me that it wasn't just the tire my little fight with the median had made some major damage to my undercarriage and engine. I had to call my insurance when I spoke to Rick D. I was very embarrassed and humiliated about such a silly accident, I can't tell you how much better he made me feel. everyone in the service department was so pleasant to deal with. They had to order one of the parts from overseas but they kept me informed the whole time and also gave me a loaner car for part of the time. They made a horrible situation a pretty good experience the entire staff was great. I would definitely recommend Mini of St Louis to all my friends and family. Carmen More
