From my service call to check out, the experience was efficient and seamless, including the use of a loaner. A special shout out to Todd the Service Mgr. Excellent Service on our 1-Year old MINI Convertible! David Joseph, Dan and Derrick went out of their way to take good care of us on the 1-Year Service visit for our 2016 MINI Convertible. They loaned us David Joseph, Dan and Derrick went out of their way to take good care of us on the 1-Year Service visit for our 2016 MINI Convertible. They loaned us a car so that we could go to lunch and do a little shopping while the car was being serviced and updated our car with the latest software. They had all the work completed and the car washed in the time they originally estimated. The service team at MINI of St. Louis know how to take care of customers. More

They told me to go to St. Louis Mini for a diagnostic, Mini told me to get my money back. West County Volvo refused. It had a limited warranty and Todd Feuerhaken, and, forgive my misspelling, Dave Carries Dan Das, bailed me out. They went way beyond what was necessary to help me, they fought for every bit of warranty coverage. It was the first time I told a car service manager that I loved him. More
ABOVE AND BEYOND! Picked up a nail in left rear run-flat. Booked appointment with Dan Wirick, dropped my Mini off and was given a loaner. Got phone call that all was good, returned loaner and headed for home. Checked TPM (Tire Pressure Monitor) on the way and left rear showed very low. Inflated it when I got home and called Dan. Brought it back the next morning and they couldn't detect any leak, including checking the valve stem. Todd Feuerhaken (Service Manager) asked me to drive it over the weekend and bring it back on Monday. Went to Costco Sunday, returned home and saw white paint and cracked reflector light at left rear corner (some idiot turned too tight trying to park and nicked my car. When I brought the car in for the tire check, I mentioned what had happened to Dan. Before I knew it, Dan was removing the white paint with a solvent and Todd was applying clear coat where one scratch had gone through to the paint. I had previously had my Mini ceramic coated. Todd gave me a container of clear coat to take to my detailer who is going to reapply ceramic coat. I am 74 and have previously owned 30 new cars. Out of 31 dealerships, Mini of St. Louis is so far above and beyond any service department I have used that second place isn't in sight. These guys are just outstanding ... and one of the biggest reasons I own a Mini. More

David Joseph, a service representativ I have been to many service centers over the years, but never one as thoroughly satisfying as Mini of St Louis. David Joseph, a service representative, made me feel welcome during my initial phone call for an appointment. He actually listened as I described the issues I was having with my 08 Mini. He explained how the technician would troubleshoot the issues. And in a phone call the next day, Dave provide a complete rundown of the work needed, and the cost. The facility is well maintained, and every associate I came in contact with was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend you take your Mini to them for service. And while you're there, take a look at the tremendous inventory of new and used cars! More
