bad and dishonest service Their parts department sold me the wrong part, then service department installed the wrong part. They refused to correct the problem. I called them ti Their parts department sold me the wrong part, then service department installed the wrong part. They refused to correct the problem. I called them time and time again and they never returned my calls. Their answer is I have to buy the right part and have them install again. I had the BCM hanging down inside the car that had to be replaced and then programed. Their tech reinstalled the BCM inside the car and then removed the ECM under the hood, and programed it. On top of doing the wrong part it took them 3 days to do it. (they said it would take 20 min) More

Best service experience at a MINI dealership to date!!! I am over the moon on h0ow the service adviser Dave Joseph treated my Mini situation. My buddy drove my car for me cross country to TX from VA and got I am over the moon on h0ow the service adviser Dave Joseph treated my Mini situation. My buddy drove my car for me cross country to TX from VA and got stuck about 2 hours away from ST Louis and the car was over heating. We got the car towed to the dealership and had to get the car checked. We already had an idea that the thermostat was going out. Our luck was that the part was no longer used but rather there was a new updated version. Well they did us a solid. The price was high but what isn't when it comes to these cars. They got the car fixed that same afternoon and helped me out in the end. They didn't over charge me but tried to make it as painless as possible. They could have waited till Monday or even Tuesday to attend the car but didn't and finished that Friday. I am glad that God blessed us with such a great team that really cares about their customers.
