I called and spoke to Dan in service. he got me in that day with no appointment and had me on the road 2 hours later. They also found a turn signal bulb out & replaced it right away. After fueling, I started th Todd exemplifies Customer Service. Early this week I stopped to get gas and then headed to airport for my business trip. After fueling, I started the vehicle and it was sluggish and wouldn’t stay started. The display indicated a drivetrain error and to call dealer. Todd attempted to walk me through a few options but nothing was working. He knew I was headed to the airport so he took it upon himself to come to the gas station to assess the situation first hand. Though he got it running, he didn’t feel comfortable having me get on the highway with it in case it broke down. He offered the loaner car to me and even transferred my luggage over and took my car back to the shop. I made it to the airport in time to catch my flight! This is the customer experience that all Service Managers should strength be for! Todd you are one of a kind and I’m so thankful for your generosity and dedication. More
