Having some knowledge of cars, I appreciated this because I was able to see first-hand what was wrong with my MINI. This helped my make the best decision on the service that would save money in the long run. Arman gave me a loaner car and accurately told me when to expect my car back. Two thumbs up for Arman. More
Don’t be oversold. I bought a “certified pre-owned” mini and then and extra warranty on top. My pre-owned warranty expired in december, but I was assured by Mary that my extra warranty would cover “anything and then and extra warranty on top. It’s been nothing but problems and nothing but a hassle trying to get things covered. I just took my car in for a seatbelt issue and after literally telling them the issue, they wanted to charge me $75 to “diagnose it“ and then didn’t even find an issue. They ultimately chalked it up to the car being “sensitive.” They then told me I needed a new battery (I bought this car less than two years ago from them) and that would run me $450. I can’t believe they actually certified anything on this car. I overpaid because this is the only mini dealership close and they can charge whatever they want and sell cars in any condition because people will pay for whatever the dealer asks because they love the brand. Consider the only dealer aspect carefully before you buy here. More

Great service! Good waiting area Took my older Outback in for service and Bill took care of me. He made sure my car was taken care of and I was comfortable while I waited. I took mt car in for a tire rotation and oil change. When I got it back it was detailed on the inside and smelled brand new! It's a 14 year old car so that is no mean feat.
