At first I was a little concerned about buying a car this far from our house. My concerns were gone as soon as we went inside the door. Mark Conn greeted us and we exchanged the usual greetings. I only went in for an oil change...first one, but there were also a couple of minor recall fixes to be done, which added no additional time to my wait at the dealership. Arman worked with me by knocking off $50 the alignment which was helpful as this was an unanticipated repair. I had come in to replace a lamp and the technician said I had a bad ball joint and shouldn’t d which was helpful as this was an unanticipated repair.
