I can say that the dealership has helpful service staff I can say that the dealership has helpful service staff and a great waiting area for you while you wait. However when my car was diagnosed with a s I can say that the dealership has helpful service staff and a great waiting area for you while you wait. However when my car was diagnosed with a software issue I was billed 348 dollars for a software upgrade. Considering I have no way to alter the software I feel that this should have been a dealer covered item and not out of my pocket. I understood being charged for a motor mount that was separated and tire rotation and battery replacement but the software was not a problem caused by me. I was shocked that I was charged for that. In regards to the software I was at the dealership in October right after I purchased my MINI to have the SAT radio activated. They did the software update at that time which was the last access to the software so I believe that may have been when the problem was created. More
