They are more interested in servicing BMWs and really should sell the Mini business to an owner that truly cares about Mini Drivers. I was recently billed for a full alignment but the tech was unable should sell the Mini business to an owner that truly cares about Mini Drivers. I was told they don't have a code for a rear end only alignment so couldn't adjust the price of the alignment. I was quoted $1600+ to replace the tie-rod ends however. I am getting a second opinion. Schomp Mini in Highlands Ranch is where I purchased the car and they spoiled their buyers. The service department personnel were pleasant but also disappointed to be dealing with a 2016 Mini Countryman. More
