WOW – Excellent experience at every level! I brought my 2.5-year old leased MINI in for scheduled service, thinking all I needed was an oil change. Turns out it needed some more work (covered u I brought my 2.5-year old leased MINI in for scheduled service, thinking all I needed was an oil change. Turns out it needed some more work (covered under warranty) so I was there for about 2+ hours. By the time I left I had signed for a new lease on a brand new 2019 MINI. Luigi Lembo, the salesperson, was amazing. I had zero intention of getting a new MINI, thinking I would just wait 6 months until my lease ran out before deciding. He didn't pressure me, just gave me a lot of facts and worked to understand what my needs were. Every single person there (and the dog - they have a dog, in the showroom!) was awesome. Sales people, service people, managers, everyone. Nice, friendly, no hard sale, just fabulous people. I love my new MINI, even more than my previous one. And great follow up and service after I got the new car home. Quick to answer questions, just truly fantastic. Totally recommend them! More

Talked to Tawana on the phone, and I had pretty specific criteria I wanted for my car, and they didnt have one there, but she looked all over the coun Talked to Tawana on the phone, and I had pretty specific criteria I wanted for my car, and they didnt have one there, but she looked all over the country and tried several dealers who wouldnt send theirs, until she finally found one for me, and had it shipped from Washington! The only thing I had to do was show up to sign, and drive away in my lovely new car. Also, they love dogs! I brought my puppy there and she had a blast playing with everyone, and soaking up all the love. More

After finding several thousand in issues I returned the vehicle to original dealer. I contacted Towana Ho and she helped get my bad vibe about used vehicles turned around. I LOVE this place - especially Tawana I just purchased my first Mini from Tawana, a blue 2018 Cooper named Rupert. I had been in this summer for a test drive with her, and she was great ab I just purchased my first Mini from Tawana, a blue 2018 Cooper named Rupert. I had been in this summer for a test drive with her, and she was great about staying in touch with me until the right Mini became available. When it did, she got me in to see it. ASAP. We had a hilarious test drive, and when it came time to make the deal, she worked her tail off to make it work and to make me happy- and it did work, and I am thrilled. She was so much fun to work with - easy, funny and kind. Alex was also extremely helpful in sealing the deal (he also has irrepressibly cool style). I came all the way from the city to go to this dealer (which from Cambridge, Rockland might as well be on Mars) because of their excellent reputation, and it was worth the distance many times over.. My partner bought a vehicle from them last May - a Clubman - and had a similarly stellar experience.. Both of our cars were great deals, and we felt so cared for and respected. Everyone here just comports themselves so well. They are stylish, fun, approachable, fair and classy. They represent the Mini brand perfectly. You will not get any "car dealer smarm," gimmicks, run arounds, pressure or disingenuousness here. I literally want to just hang out in their showroom. If you live anywhere in New England and you are looking for a Mini, this is the *only* place as far as I'm concerned. Believe me, I did the legwork.
