Car shopping is my least favorite thing to do but working with SouthShore MINI has definitely changed my First-class experience right from the start! Car shopping is my least favorite thing to do but working with SouthShore MINI has definitely changed my thinking. I made an inquiry about a car online and Scott Smaller got right back to me with the details. I made arrangements to stop by the dealership and take a look at the car. The first thing I noticed was the building itself. It was modern, clean, and comfortable. Scott had the car sitting out front for me and we took it for a test drive. No pressure sales was a big plus for me as we sat down to talk specifics. I then met Alex, the sales manager, and explained my skepticism about buying a car. Again, I was relieved by Alex' willingness to work with me through the process and I appreciated his patience with me. The winning trifecta was working with Ivo in finance. He too was very forthcoming and worked slowly and patiently explaining every aspect of the financing. Not something you find in most car dealerships. To sum things up, if you're looking to buy a car, and like me, you are skeptical from past experiences, I would definitely give SouthShore MINI at try. Service Department was great I am moving up to Massachusetts from Rhode Island and I popped in to have my Mini serviced and my Mass state inspection.
