I’ve been looking for the right MINI all over the Northeast for months. Scott Smaller and the team at South Shore MINI were awesome. Scheduled my visit 3 weeks prior Brought Mini in at 10am. Service did not see my car till 3:30! Tried calling service person at 1:24 to check status - no response. Texted him - no response . Get to de 10am. Service did not see my car till 3:30! Tried calling service person at 1:24 to check status - no response. Texted him - no response . Get to dealership aays he was busy!! What I. Are there for was not done and service guy says not always necessary but changed my brake fluid which I did not make appt to have done. Terrible customer service and response from the entire team at this Mini dealership. If service was too busy have someone in floor, who by the way were doing nothing , call customers to say they are busy. Waited the whole day 10-4:30 for just a brake fluid change ? Ridiculous ! Lost 2 customers because of it. Very sad. Whole staff should be retrained or fired. More
