I had a really good experience with the service. I did not request a loaner car but when the software update was going to take three hours they let me take a car for the weekend. Very efficient serv I did not request a loaner car but when the software update was going to take three hours they let me take a car for the weekend. Very efficient service in/out as well. The only thing I would say is a negative is I was quoted $95 for a recommended tire rotation but when the service engineer was recommending it, he had the tires off the car to show me the brake wear on the video that was sent. They could have just put the tires back on different axles. That didn't make any sense. My local tire place also does it for $20. More

It felt good to have my MINI looked after by people who know what they’re doing. They fixed most of the problems. There is an elusive light that they are going to take a look at again and they said they ar know what they’re doing. They fixed most of the problems. There is an elusive light that they are going to take a look at again and they said they are willing to give me a loaner car for the day, which is great. They did a thorough inspection. And communication was a breeze with them. More
