I unexpectedly had problem with icon lit on dashboard (tire too low) and stopped by Prestige Mini, concerned because I have run-flats for first time. It was effortless -Spiro helped me by resetting the (tire too low) and stopped by Prestige Mini, concerned because I have run-flats for first time. It was effortless -Spiro helped me by resetting the icons, something I had not had to do (which relates to cold weather.) Matt got me in to have the tires reversed (front to rear) because it's better for the tires at this mileage. Yes, they washed the car too and I did have coffee - and left so reassured. More
Words cannot describe how happy I am with my mini and with the service at this dealer. We purchased our car from Spiro, and his commitment to us did not end after the sales transaction. When we purchase with the service at this dealer. We purchased our car from Spiro, and his commitment to us did not end after the sales transaction. When we purchased the car, Spiro was incredibly professional and service-oriented. Every time I since have been in this dealership (one year later), Spiro still remembers me and every family member by name. Today, I brought my car in for a cleaning, and Spiro attended to me personally. I highly recommend Prestige Mini. We are so pleased with the car, the service, the whole experience. We have recommended this dealership to many people. I truly feel part of the "mini community." I am even a fan on Facebook! More
Service was somewhat slow and did not always find the problem the first time. I found my service representative difficult to reach when I wanted an update on when my car would be ready and if any loaners problem the first time. This is the most friendly and helpful dealership I have ever encountered. From the first time my wife and I entered through their door and met our salesman Spiro who answered all our questions and concern ever encountered. From the first time my wife and I entered through their door and met our salesman Spiro who answered all our questions and concerns and guided us through our purchase of our new Mini, everything was done prefessionally, low key, amd courteously. Spiro is a top rate salesman. The extras this dealership provides such as free car wash for life is certainly a plus. It felt like we were part of a big family. As an added bonus, the Mini Prestige dealership hold Mini parties. My wife and I couldn't believe how many Mini's attend these functions. It's a fun car to have and a fun dealership to belong to. I had a great experience at this dealership. The serviceman was very easy to deal with not only because of his friendliness but his willingness to deal with my recently outdated warrantee. Overall, serviceman was very easy to deal with not only because of his friendliness but his willingness to deal with my recently outdated warrantee. Overall, the employees, the service, everything was fantastic. The only thing I would say was that the wait for the service was longer than expected. I was told to wait 45 minutes but I ended up waiting an hour and fifteen min. More

Our Mini was involved in an accident and we brought it to Prestige (where we purchased it) to have it fixed. One excuse after another and a three week promise to fix it has turned into 6 weeks and countin Prestige (where we purchased it) to have it fixed. One excuse after another and a three week promise to fix it has turned into 6 weeks and counting. They installed the wrong radiator, they carelessly burned through the rear bumper when painting it (by using the wrong paint apparently) each mistake of which they admitted as their fault, has delayed the completion of the job. This was an insurance claim and until we get the final supplemental check Prestige Mini will not give us our car. We have now made our second car payment for a vehicle we don't have, compliments of Prestige Mini. Oh, did I mention that they would not give us a loaner because the job was going to take too long?! Prestige is an awful dealership, we are amazed that they can claim they are the best in NJ. Mini Corporate should really re-evaluate their system if this claim is true. We are so disgusted with this experience we are thinking of just selling our (brand new by the way) Mini and going with a different car. At the very least we are taking our business to Morristown Mini and hoping to have a better experience. - Jeremy & Jess More
I went to Prestige in Feb 08 to have an oil change. The quote was $84, a little higher than other Mini dealerships, but given the falling dollar, it seemed in line. I asked the mechanic that would be worki quote was $84, a little higher than other Mini dealerships, but given the falling dollar, it seemed in line. I asked the mechanic that would be working on my car to do a visual inspection of my tires because I'd had some thumping noises coming from the rear of the car. He offered to ride with me on the streets behind the dealership to see if he could hear what I was talking about; alas, the roads were in such poor condition, even I could not pick out the noise or any vibration whatsoever. I asked if he would still visually inspect my tires when the car was on the lift and he agreed. Once the car was done, I asked if he'd seen any wear pattern irregularity or tire damage and he said no. ONE MONTH LATER, I took the car back to the garage that sold me the tires--and in a minute, they found two huge flat spots on the treads. At first they thought it was belt separation, but it turned out to be some other kind of fault--they sent the tire back to the broker for proper diagnosis. My question is, why didn't the trained Mini specialist catch this? I had even told the Mini mechanic that I suspected a problem with the treads. All he had to do was run his hand over the tread surface on two out of four tires. Other than being blind, all of the people at Prestige were very nice. Unfortunately, the pricing structure Mini has put in place is utterly ridiculous--$40 for wipers?!?--so I can't say that I'll be visiting Prestige for any more regular maintenance. More
Very customer oriented and informative about customizations for Cooper Works conversions, engine mods, exhaust and cosmetics. Dealership is 60+ miles from home but worth the trip. Showroom is customizations for Cooper Works conversions, engine mods, exhaust and cosmetics. Dealership is 60+ miles from home but worth the trip. Showroom is comfortable and clean. Service shop is immaculate. Great service experience. If the other NJ/PA Mini Shops were as customer friendly as these guys, people like me wouldn't drive an hour and a half for scheduled maintenance. UPDATE: December 10, 2004<br>Second trip to Prestige for oil and minor repairs. Loaner car ready, service techs attentative and new car purchase offer was very good. Everyone was there to make me comfortable. Great Dealership. Augie Prager has his team's act together. More
