Staff is friendly, professional, and easy to work with Brought in my 2016 Mini Cooper Convertible for general service. When I first checked in, the service department flagged 3 recall related issues that n Brought in my 2016 Mini Cooper Convertible for general service. When I first checked in, the service department flagged 3 recall related issues that needed extra attention. It was suggested I make a second appointment on account of the time needed to finish the job. 15min into the appointment , Service indicated they could bang out everything in one visit...all it took was an extra 60min and I was good to go. Tune up, front breaks, oil change, etc. Good work. A little pricey. Sorry the Paceman model was discontinued. It was a great alternative to the others in that it was a bit roomier in the Good work.
