long wait, no follow up as promised I waited two hours in full and then we were told that we would get a receipt and our final paper work by email later that day. The next day I called to follow up and left a message and I have still heard nothing back. I have no idea how much my repairs totaled and no one has reached out to me as promised. Also the woman at the desk told us we would be waiting 10 minutes and she didn't so much as look at us again even though it was well over an hour before anyone else even acknowledged we were sitting there. I was also not informed of everything I needed to know in order to move through the lease return smoothly. I was contacted by email, phone, mail TOO many times about leasing a new car but there was no real effort to give me information about the return. She even made me call Mini Financial to answer questions she should have known the answer to 2 times that day. I believe I was not treated with respect and as a priority because I was returning my lease and I did not intend on leasing a new car at the time. That is inappropriate and not a good lasting impression that would entice me to continue my relationship with mini. More

Ridiculous I brought my 2017 mini in for its yearly service. I was told that a year old car with 8,000 miles on it needs 4 new tires. And you were going to charg I brought my 2017 mini in for its yearly service. I was told that a year old car with 8,000 miles on it needs 4 new tires. And you were going to charge $200 for an Alignment. Put decent tires on a car before a customer purchases a vehicle from your dealership. This is totally unacceptable that tires need to be replaced after 8000 miles. More
