I have met with Carolyn at 7:00 am on a Friday dropped off my car for service and rec'd a call at 8:00 pm the same day to check on "how the service " went! Even if I change to another Car Manufacturer I would try to stay with a Prestige Dealership as the people they employ go out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly. More

(Well actually the first time I went to the dealership just to look-it was a madhouse! I can't wait for my first Mini Event) Everyone was nice and friendly but Ruby is just AWESOME. Great communication with her via phone and email. I felt like I could ask her any silly question. No pressure at all. Our info session was very helpful. (If she hadn't told me about the fan I would have freaked out for sure the first time it kept running!) I had a wonderful experience and I think I love my Countryman more everyday.
