He thoroughly explained all the financing options and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. The following day I met Alfredo to purchase my new pride and joy, Valentina (my mini). Throughout the whole process Alfredo was extremely attentive to all my needs. He is extremely knowledge and professional. I enjoy stopping by and paying him a visit every time I'm in the neighborhood for my free car wash. I just traded in my Mini Cooper S on a new John Cooper Works Mini (awesome car) and I couldn't be happier with the car or Prestige Mini. The dealership and their employees are exceptional. His guidance was instrumental in designing an excellent car. We were well informed throughout the building process and we were delighted when the car arrived sooner than planned. The delivery was perfect and the car is great. Financially, we were psyched with what they gave us on our trade, the price on the new car, and the financing that was provided--its like hitting the trifecta. Service was somewhat slow and did not always find the problem the first time. I found my service representative difficult to reach when I wanted an update on when my car would be ready and if any loaners problem the first time. My wife and I went to Prestige Mini planning on leasing a Mini but were not sure if we could afford it.
