I was getting close to needing my next MINI. In passing I had mentioned to Suditi what would make me buy a new one (and they were pretty specific). When we decided to get back into a MINI, I knew that we had to go to Prestige and we HAD to work with Suditi. Having purchased a MINI with her years ago, I believed that the experience with Suditi and the Prestige team would be pleasant, seamless and stress-free (things that aren't typical when purchasing a car, let's be honest). My assumption was totally on the mark - the environment was so welcoming and friendly that it didn't even feel like we were shopping, it felt like we were visiting friends. Suditi was honest, responsive and extremely helpful. She helped us find the Cooper we were looking for, worked out our trade-in, and was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. Not only did she remember me very well (it'd been 5 years since I was last there), but she remembered my old MINI's nickname - really, how many people can do that? The cost of the car was fair and honest, and the dealership made sure that we got everything we were looking for at a reasonable price point. Throughout the purchasing process, everything was explained very clearly to us, there was absolutely no pressure to purchase, and all of the warranties and extra care packages were similarly described honestly and thoroughly. The dealership is customer-oriented, not sales-oriented. There is no waiting around endlessly for the sales team or financial team, there is no pressure to purchase or haggling, and you don't feel like you're inconveniencing the team by asking questions or wanting to look at different vehicle specs. They ask questions, take time to learn what the customer wants, and are helpful, honest and accommodating throughout the entire sales process. I've been in several car dealerships and have never gotten anywhere near a similar experience to Prestige. Long story short: if you're in the market for a MINI, go to Prestige.
