Both my wife and I have busy jobs and Suditi was very able to move the deal along over email. A better price than anywhere else always helps a deal of course, but Suditi made it a uniquely favorable experience. More

Now that 2014 was upon us, I really wanted a 2014 Hardtop S, but couldn't get past some issues I had with run-flat tires. Bob was the only MINI salesman/dealer that told me about the three cylinder Hardtop that uses regular tires, and runs on a BMW engine. I was sold and I didn't care about the lower HP. Just got the car today and so far, it's a dream! More

My first Mini I have to start by saying that I live on the east end of Long Island and I happen to be near Ramsey N.J. I have never purchased a vehicle from a deale I have to start by saying that I live on the east end of Long Island and I happen to be near Ramsey N.J. I have never purchased a vehicle from a dealer as the old stereotype of cars dealers loomed large. I have always been a fan of Mini's. (Loved the style and performance). I stopped by Prestige to get a closer look at the Countryman. Sarem approached me and I told him my needs but I feared that a new car was way out of my price range. He was super friendly and showed my different paths for me to go to get me in a Mini within my budget. I was super shocked to find a loaded 2013 Countryman that I could afford. As I was still in the "shopping" stage I told Sarem that I would get back to him. I looked at other cars that met my needs but I couldn't get the Countryman out of my mind. Sarem was awesome as he never hounded me about the car and let the car sell itself. (which it does). He sent me a friendly email asking me if I had any questions to not hesitate to ask him. When I finally decided to make the purchase it was easier than I thought considering the dealership is 90 miles away from my house and it was an out of state purchase. I picked up my car on 4/30 and Sarem went over every possible feature in the car until I understood it. There are Mini dealers that are A LOT closer to my house but I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism at Prestige. Sarem definitely changed my perception of car salesman. I would highly recommend Prestige to anyone who is looking for a great car and service that is second to none. More
