I recently leased a new Mini Countryman at Prestige and I was very impressed with the overall experience. Ruby is my new Favorite sales person. This is my first MINI purchase and what a great experience! Spiro was fantastic - from explaining all the workings of the car (gadgets and performance) to negotiating to driving off the lot. He answered every question, gave me "alone time" to think, and made sure that every step, with or without him, went well (he even noticed I had left my EZpass in the trade-in, removed it and hung it in my MINI). Working with the finance manager, Jeff, was also good. All in all - I got a fair deal, I was treated very well, I love my car and I am thrilled to be a new member of the MINI family. More

Due to problems from the manufacturer... no fault of Prestige Mini...we were uncertain of how or if we wanted to procced with the purchase of our long awaited, customed ordered Mini convertible. Bob worked very hard to find a solution that would make this work for us, and in doing so, guaranteed our satisfaction and loyalty. Will buy a car from Bob Filenbaum/Prestige Mini again. I had shopped for a certified pre-owned mini cooper convertible for almost a month before finding the car I wanted at the right price. We had a deal within minutes and the sales associate, Erin Hilyer, was friendly and very helpful, unlike some of the experiences I'd had with other, more local, mini dealers. I made the 100+ mile drive to pick up the car and it was cleaned, detailed and ready when I arrived. Erin Hilyer showed me around my new car and made the whole experience a pleasure.
