Our experience with Bob and Brian at Prestige Mini was nothing but impressive. Bob, our sales representative took time to demonstrate all the vehicle's capabilities and answer all my questions during the nothing but impressive. When we decided to proceed with ordering our MINI Countryman he helped us wade through the seemingly endless options in order to ensure we were ordering the perfect car for us. He was extremely detail oriented and demonstrated excellent communication skills at all times. Throughout the entire deal we spoke on the phone and through email frequently. I never felt I had to wait long for answers or that I was being rushed into a deal I was uncertain of. Once we decided the vehicle was right for us we moved on to the finance stage and we were helped by Brian Blum. Brian was very candid and frank when talking numbers. Since I have a finance background myself I wanted to see as many scenarios as possible to be sure we were selecting the right financing/payment plan for our family. Brian never pushed to hard in any one direction and I felt like he simply objectively laid out the pros and cons of each option. In the end, we ended up financing through a third party and even though I'm sure Brian would have been happier if we financed through MINI he completely respected our decision and helped us with all the paperwork. At the end of the day a LARGE reason why we ended up going with a MINI was because of the outstanding service both of these gentlemen showed. We felt like (and we hope we are right about this) that because of their consumate professionalism throughout the sale we can expect the same service from MINI for the life of the vehicle. I would recommend Prestige MINI and Bob and Brian in a heartbeat to anyone interested in the vehicles they sell. More
I was looking for a car which was great on gas and fun to drive. I had stopped by Prestige Mini of Mahwah NJ and was greeted by Spiro Bogris one of the sales associates. After answering many of my questions about the car, without any pressure, took me for a test drive which was the clincher on my decision to buy the Mini Clubman. The professionalism that was shown and his knowledge of the car was instrumental in my decision making.After the purchase I had stopped by a few times for some explaining of various systems that the car has and he spent as much time as was needed explaining it to me. After asking some technical questions he introduced me to Anthony Vozza the head mechanic who also took his time explaining various functions and details of the Hows and Whys that you wouldn't find in the manuals.Nice to see that after the "Sale"one still gets the same attention as before. I highly recommend Prestige Mini and their staff. More

He was up front, honest, and helpful from beginning to end. This is the 6th car I have purchased in my life, but the first time I remember the process being exciting and stress-free as opposed to a grueling haggle. We knew exactly which MINI we wanted and it was just a matter of finding a dealer who had one. Prestige turned out to be that dealer. The salesman we spoke to on the phone set up an appointment with us to look at the car for 2PM the next week and he made a point to tell us that he had already scheduled appointments for 11AM and 1PM. So 2 it was - or should have been. We arrived at 1:50 and noted that he was with customers. We waited for almost an hour which tells me that neither us nor our appointment were important to him. He did ask someone else at the dealership, who told us he wasn't in sales, to give us the test drive and that became a bit awkward as he really couldn't answer many of our questions. Since it was the car we were looking for we made the purchase and agreed to take delivery the following week at 9:30AM. We again arrived a few minutes early and were informed that the car wasn't ready. So we waited again for close to another hour. When we finally got to see our new car and were invited to "take a walk around and look it over", we found a scratch on the rear bumber and smudges on the seats. It seemed to us the the car was not detailed as you would expect a new car to be. The car had just over 500 miles on it! The salesman took the car around back and returned in a few minutes with seats cleaned.- except for the stains on the drivers seat that we didn't notice until we were on our way home. When we did get home, I notices the manual for the car was obviously the wrong one as it was for a different model year and had a different VIN written in the front cover. There were lots of apologies and corrective actions taken, but overall it was a very impersonal process and we left the dealership feeling that we never really mattered to them. It was just another transaction. I received a letter from the owner congradulating us on our new MINI with a sincere hope that we were completely happy with both the car and his dealership. I wrote back to him with pretty much this same message and am still waiting to hear from him. More
This morning's service appointment might have been the best overall service experience I've ever had. This was an important service call. My daughter had just taken delivery of the car the night before and on the way home discovered a loud rattle. This impacted the excitement of having a new car. Morevoer, she needed to be back at work in Philadelphia this afternoon.If the rattle had not been fixed she would have had to wait a day or days to enjoy the car. It meant a lot to her to have her car back in perfect condition. When I got to the dealer, I was expecting potential hassles because car service departments are usually hassle-filled places. I had to be there early and I had no appointment. Instead I was really surprised--nearly amazed-- at the friendliness, responsiveness and skill of everyone involved. My firm impression is that this a top drawer dealer and service operation. Great job all around. More
