I just traded in my Mini Cooper S on a new John Cooper Works Mini (awesome car) and I couldn't be happier with the car or Prestige Mini. The dealership and their employees are exceptional. The dealerships in Connecticut are disappointing and there is no question that it is worth the trip from CT to northern NJ to make this purchase. I designed this car just the way I wanted it with my Sales Associate Spiro Bogris. He was fantastic and helped me with some of the difficult decisions. His guidance was instrumental in designing an excellent car. We were well informed throughout the building process and we were delighted when the car arrived sooner than planned. The delivery was perfect and the car is great. Financially, we were psyched with what they gave us on our trade, the price on the new car, and the financing that was provided--its like hitting the trifecta. I can recommend this dealership with complete confidence and suggest that even if you are just thinking about a new Mini, do yourself a favor and go to Prestige Mini. More
Being leary of the sales practices of american car dealers is certainly justifiable. After extensive research of the process and of the car I had an interest in, I felt ready to enter the "lion's den" dealers is certainly justifiable. Service was somewhat slow and did not always find the problem the first time. I found my service representative difficult to reach when I wanted an update on when my car would be ready and if any loaners problem the first time. My wife and I went to Prestige Mini planning on leasing a Mini but were not sure if we could afford it. Terry Glattman and the Prestige Sales Manager worked with us with patience and grace as we made our de Mini but were not sure if we could afford it. Terry Glattman and the Prestige Sales Manager worked with us with patience and grace as we made our decision. They were willing to answer our questions even when at one point were not sure we were going to lease the case with them. Terry knows everything about the Mini HT, S and Clubman HT and S. It was a great experience and we highly recommend them. More

My wife and I live in Florida and were looking for a low mileage Mini Cooper S Convertible. We located a 2008 with only 2,014 miles on it at Prestige in NJ. Since we had wonderful luck with the purchase of mileage Mini Cooper S Convertible. We located a 2008 with only 2,014 miles on it at Prestige in NJ. Since we had wonderful luck with the purchase of a car remotely in the past, we decided to pursue this opportunity further. We contacted Spiro on Monday morning to find out more information about the car. The car had just arrived and was in detail. Spiro provided pictures on Tuesday and suggested that we submit a refundable deposit on the car as he would be off the following day and did not want us to loose the opportunity. My wife agreed and we placed a deposit on the car. Later that evening, my wife suggested that I play CASH 4 in the lottery using the stock ID number of the car. We played $5 using the stock ID (9635) and it came in (April 13, 2010)! We won almost the complete purchase price of the car. Well, that sealed the deal. The rest of the experience complimented the surprise winnings. The car was better than expected. Spiro / the dealership made the transaction extremely smooth, particularly with the issues of an interstate purchase and shipping. We financed the small balance and they helped work through things with my creditor. Any questions / concerns were addressed quickly. They helped resolve a few unforeseen hick-ups dealing with the paperwork. They worked directly with the shipping company to transport the car in record time. When the car arrived, we had an additional surprise of several Prestige Mini accessories included as a thank you. Thanks again for the wonderful Mini. More

Originally I went to Mini to check out the car, and because the agency had such good sales service (Spiro made the choice options, which are many, very manageable) - I bought the car at Prestige one ye because the agency had such good sales service (Spiro made the choice options, which are many, very manageable) - I bought the car at Prestige one year ago. Recently, Matt took care of a crack in the windshield - all under warranty, notably all handled very professionally and friendly at the same time. Finally, I drive stick shift and the mini turbo clubman is just great to drive! More
I have purchased several cars in the past, but at no time have I had a buying experience like the one I encountered at Prestige Mini. From the first phone conversation I had with my Motoring Advisor, Mike P have I had a buying experience like the one I encountered at Prestige Mini. From the first phone conversation I had with my Motoring Advisor, Mike Paff, my first face to face with him in January when I went in for the test drive, until the time I drove off the lot with my 2010 Mini Cooper S, everything went smooth as silk. Mike answered every question that I had, and was always available during the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product, and even made suggestions that would save me money on equipping the vehicle that I purchased. One thing that I should point out is that I live approximatley 250 miles from this dealership; I was so impressed with the overall professionalism and friendliness that I didn't let this obstacle stop me from buying at Prestige. As with most Mini's, I wanted items added/modified, and Mike arranged everything, mostly by phone. The work done at the dealership was impeccably done, and the car was spotless inside and out when I picked it up. All the other Prestige employees that I encountered during my visits to the dealership were courteous, friendly and professional from the gentleman in the Parts Department to the receptionists/cashiers. I would strongly recommend the dealership, and in particular Mike Paff (if you are interested in purchasing a Mini of any configuration). More
Finding ourselves looking for a new vehicle, we naturally went to BMW initially as we were familiar with Prestige's BMW dealership and had very positive experiences with four purchases made there over the l went to BMW initially as we were familiar with Prestige's BMW dealership and had very positive experiences with four purchases made there over the last several years. Our purchases included one new car and three "certified" vehicles. We looked at BMW's but were curious about the Mini. Although,we were new to Mini, Andy Fotos guided us to several cars he felt would offer the best options for our needs and further introduced us to Leonard Danduone. Leonard shared his expertise, was professional and knowledgeable, making our introduction easy and stress-free. It was also reassuring to learn that Marc Lombardo was the Service Manager at Mini as we had worked with him previously at BMW where we always found him to be helpful. We became interested in a "certified" mini on the lot and Leonard suggested we take it overnight to get a better feel for the car and the way it handled. That opportunity and all of the information provided by Leonard and staff, really helped us to make the decision to buy the car. We needed to close the deal and take delivery on very short notice which required a lot of effort and coordination of paperwork by the sales department and the service department to certify the car. Suditi Bala-Chin had to step in as Leonard had a family emergency and she was exceptional. She had a pleasant, friendly, patient, and professional manner at all times and was a pleasure to work with. She was able to answer most of the many technical questions we had or find the answers for us quickly. More
