Only Half of the Services I Requested Were Completed I made an appointment for an oil change, an estimate for a scratch on my passenger-side door and a car wash. The oil change was done however I returne I made an appointment for an oil change, an estimate for a scratch on my passenger-side door and a car wash. The oil change was done however I returned hours later to find out the dealership does not handle body work so I would have to contact a local body shop. That was the primary reason for my visit and after being reassured it could be taken care of on-site, it was not. Also my car was cleaned but there were water marks all over the car. I understand it is a complimentary service but I was not happy with the outcome. Normally I have exceptional experiences at this dealership however this time made me rethink if I should return. More

Not perfect but close. I set up an appointment about a week ahead of time. I also requested a loaner. When I arrived, I was informed that due to a change of ownership, no I set up an appointment about a week ahead of time. I also requested a loaner. When I arrived, I was informed that due to a change of ownership, no loaners were available. Joe and Jeff were understanding that I had traveled an hour and a half to their dealership. Instead of a Mini loaner, they rented me a car from Enterprise. I was glad I didn't need to reschedule my appointment and appreciate their initiative.
