The service advisers take pride with their work. Nick my service advisor had told me had informed me my car would need brakes in 2,000 miles and did not pressure me in doing it then. I returned 2,000 miles later and gave me great service and a loaner while the work was being done. Ryan the other service adviser took time to talk to my niece about having a used Mini checked before buying and gave her a card to call him for any questions before buying. Great crew. More

This is how a purchase should go. Overall an excellent experience in leasing a new MINI Clubman. My wife and I stopped in on a whim as my current lease was expiring soon. We had seen a Clubman at the NY Autoshow the year before and decided, why not. Alex listened to us, took us for a test drive in an S, and gave us quick pricing on a few different Clubmans in stock. He spent a great deal of time with us but never pressured us. We left to think about it. We stopped in again a few days later and Alex was off (regular day off) but we dealt with Ami, who was also a pleasure to deal with. She spent a great deal of time reviewing numbers and another test drive in a base model. Again we left to think about it. After a week or so, we stopped in to finalize the deal and Alex was off again but we had the pleasure of Ami's assistance again. After a quick negotiation we settled on a number and signed. We set up delivery for the next week and it was then that we had the pleasure of dealing with Richard in finance. Although there are many pages to sign, Richard made it easy and painless. I would highly recommend this team! More

Regular service visit Dealt with Nick Falvo last weekend when I brought my car in for a routine check up. Nick handed me a list of things that were required to be fixed. As a brand BMW\Mini can be an expensive when it comes to fixes\repair but Nick explained very clearly the nature of the fix and also how critical it was. That last part I really appreciated so I had a couple of things worked on before I left. The time I had to wait at the dealership for the repairs didn't seem unreasonable and whenever I asked Nick for an update on the job he was courteous and checked with the tech right away. This despite more than usual traffic at the time I visited them. Pretty pleased with this experience at Prestige Mini via Nick Falvo. More

Very Disappointing Experience. Mini is jst all looks I purchased 2017 Mini Cooper S around October 2016 at this dealer. Problem 1: now (11/22/2017) the engine light is on, engine is fine, technician I purchased 2017 Mini Cooper S around October 2016 at this dealer. Problem 1: now (11/22/2017) the engine light is on, engine is fine, technician said it could be due to system update so he is updating the system. This is the second time I went back there for the same problem, I hope i do not have to go back again! Problem 2: the trunk door won't open. When i was there, there was a problem with the trunk door not opening, that was fixed when i Purchased the vehicle, 3 months later, on a cold winter day, it happened again. I struggled 30 min to get the control to work and finally the door opened. Overall, my experience with Mini is that it's all looks but no substance. Engine sign came on after one year of purchase and i only drove 5000 miles! I have driven Infiniti, Toyota, Nissan, and Honda, so far Mini is the most disappointing because it has the most problems. More
