Both Nick Mule and Anthony Polisena showed genuine and exemplary expertise in helping to make my purchase a successful transaction. I am a return customer and the above is why. The staff at Prestige stand by their word and try to give you the best possible outcome for the customer. Not only are they helpful at the dealership, but by email and phone, too. Both Nick and Anthony took the time to listen to what I wanted and successfully fulfilled my wishes. The car is terrific and I will again be a return customer to Prestige. I will also, tell my family, friends, and colleagues to visit Prestige before considering another dealership. Buying a car at Prestige Mini turned out to be a seamless, friendly, honest and surprisingly FUN experience. I visited several dealerships in the Metro NYC area and found the team at Prestige a step above the rest. In fact, several steps above. From the gleaming "green" showroom, the energetic and friendly atmosphere to the no hassle, go-explore-the-car attitude Prestige delivered a superior customer environment. But, what made the final decision (apart from a great car of course) for me was my Motoring Advisor - Suditi Bala-Chin. From the first hello and handshake, I was treated superbly by Suditi. She began the whole sales process by asking questions, exploring what was important to me and thoroughly encouraged me to get to know the vehicle. She made herself completely available during my visits, truly knew the car (inside and out) and genuinely shared my enthusiasm throughout. Ordering a "youifed" MINI with Suditi was patient, practical and completely clear. She made suggestions for options based on my feedback balanced with her knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand. I never felt hassled or pressured. Given the relatively long wait time after my MINI was ordered, Suditi really went out of her way to ensure that I was in the loop on the build, emailed and called often with updates and fun MINI news. By the time my car arrived two months later, I felt like part of the family. On the day of the delivery and the weeks afterward, Suditi somehow raised the bar again - totally personalized the experience (homemade brownies in the cup holders? Come on - wow!). She has called almost weekly to check-in and when I finally had to bring in the car for a minor issue, handled that perfectly and personally. I also to have comment on the whole staff at Prestige. From the financing manager to the service folks, everyone makes you feel comfortable and cared for. When the Sales Manager greets you by name AFTER you bought the car, and the Service Techs listen and offer advice - it's just that much better than expected. Bottom line - go to Prestige for your new MINI and ask for Suditi. More

It has always been a hassle free experience, with no pressure or BS. Sales people know that the car sells itself and they focus their attention on putting the person in the right car (features, options). You can wander and check out cars, and when you are ready you can ask to speak to a sales person, there is no one jumping on you as soon as you walk in the door; which I like. They also have some nice couches and wifi for you to chill and consider the options. All I ask for is a painless buy experience, they did their best to make sure I received that experience. More

In the world of customer service, it has often been said that people do business with people they like. There is no doubt in the competitive car market that as consumers, we have many choices. Erin really displayed exceptional service excellence reinforcing my decision to stay with the Mini brand. Her knowledge, compassion, enthusiasm and dedication to making me feel as though I was the most important customer in the showroom made all the difference. The Mini is a great car but Erin really sold the vehicle, reinforced the decision and followed through after the sale with great photos and a warm note. Making a big decision such as purchasing a vehicle particularly in this economy is stressful but being treated very well by a friendly reassuring person makes the process so much better. I’ll be looking for Erin when its time for Mini number 5! More
I went in to Prestige MINI this past Saturday to test drive the Countryman. It was on the top of a list of cars I was interested in purchasing after my lease was up on my 2010 Corolla. I had planned to d drive the Countryman. It was on the top of a list of cars I was interested in purchasing after my lease was up on my 2010 Corolla. I had planned to drive a host of other cars to figure out what I wanted. As it turns out, I walked out of there eager to get my brand new MINI Cooper Countryman which was now being built and that I had to wait 6-8 weeks for. This is only in part due to what a great car the MINI is, and largely due to how great Prestige is. With all of my options in cars and a bit of time left on my lease, I never thought I would get out of there with the car I wanted in the price I wanted. Nick was the main guy helping us and he was friendly, informative, and understanding about price constraints. I didn't feel pushed at all during the course of my visit. I do feel bad for Anthony who I think had to find new levels of patience and generosity to put up with me. I liked being rewarded with great customer service on top of an inviting and fun atmosphere. On the day we went, they were having a costume contest... not for the customers, but for the MINIs themselves. An enjoyable experience all around. Thanks guys! More
