Buying my car at Prestige MINI was a seamless, friendly, and really enjoyable experience. On my initial visit, I was interested in just checking out the interior space of the 2012 Countryman since I didn't and really enjoyable experience. On my initial visit, I was interested in just checking out the interior space of the 2012 Countryman since I didn't know if it would suit my needs - turns out it was exactly what I needed/wanted. I was uncertain of a few options, and my MA Steve Allen was right there to help. We went on a couple of test drives with different Countryman and I was sold. Back at the showroom ( which is fantasitic - complete with little "MINI"s for the kids to ride on and play with )Steve answered additional questions and actually found a MINI that had all the options and colors that I wanted. The unexpected was picking up the new car and having it unveiled in the front corner of the showroom - a nice touch! I've had my MINI now for a week and it's just a great car - I've already been back to Prestige - but not for any problem - but for their car wash! If you looking for a MINI - or even think you are looking for a MINI - you owe it to yourself to go Pretige and ask for Steve - I can only imagine that you'll have as great experience as well. More

I just picked my 2nd MINI from this dealership! I can't say that I've ever had such great service anywhere (period). My previous MINI was financed because I commuted quite far to work but once I got tra say that I've ever had such great service anywhere (period). My previous MINI was financed because I commuted quite far to work but once I got transferred to NYC, they worked with me to get me out of my financing and get me into a lease, which definitely suited me better. This was a totally stress-free car shopping - Suditi, my motoring adviser, diligently looked for a car with all the options that I deemed mandatory and we finally stumbled upon a really cute red one. When time came to secure a deal, Anthony, a sales manager, together with Suditi spend a lot of time going over different option until we finally came to an option that I was comfortable with. When they finally unveiled my new car, Suditi spent at least half an hour showing me all the new features of the car and pointed out a full tank of gas - whoa! When my friend bought a Mercedes, there was barely enough gas to push the car in neutral to the closest gas station. All I have to say is this dealership - no, strike that! - this family of really cute cars and motoring advisers will go far and beyond so that you leave there satisfied! More
