Anthony and Erin asked what we wanted, listened to our concerns, and really did give us an offer we could not refuse. Erin is extremely personable and genuine. She really did want my overall experience to be wonderful. She even unveiled my new cooper S in a delightful and surprising way. They didn't haggle and made the whole process actually enjoyable...and trust me, I was dreading the purchase process. Believe me, I’m not the easiest person to work with but he made the process pleasurable. I knew where I wanted to be price wise, and they were able to get the price where I wanted, at the terms I wanted. After showing up, driving the car, and talking to Erin, I decided that this was indeed the place to buy from and proceeded to do just that. My experience with my Motoring Advisor, Tony Grzymkowski was excellent. He was friendly, informative and very attentive. The reason I lowered my overall experience rating to good was due to the Finance Mana was excellent. He was friendly, informative and very attentive. Her explaination of the after market packages was cloudy, misleading and less than straightforward. Therefore, the final price of my Mini was almost $3,000 more than I anticipated. More

The experience at Prestige makes you feel you're not just getting a car but a style makeover and they make it very special down to the presentation of your new car. The usually awkward negotiating process was anything but. Everything is transparent with the only surprises being fun perks I didn't expect whether from the salesman or features in the car. I highly recommend to anyone to use Prestige Mini and ask for Steve. My wife and I were so pleased that on the day of our signing we presented Steve with a gift (I'm a New Yorker cartoonist so I gave him a car-themed original cartoon plus a signed copy of my book). We expect even to keep in touch. How many customers can say that after buying their car? More

It was a surprise christmas present for my daughter. They went along with everything to keep it a surprise. On the day I brought her in her her was under wraps and when shown to her she cried with such happi went along with everything to keep it a surprise.
