I have leased 4 cars from Prestige Mini on Route 17 and 2 from Suditi and this was the best experience. I made an appointment to see what cars were available on a Friday at 8:30am( Suditi came in early to a from Suditi and this was the best experience. After reviewing a few options that were available to me she got me the price I was willing to pay for my lease. I expected to pick up the car during the following week. Well, when she said that I v=could pick up the car on Sat at 10 the next day I was amazed.I was there at 9:45 and so was she. We sat down reviewed the lease with with finance and I was out of there with my new mini by 11:00. She even gave me a little present to go with my Mini... Wow . A few years ago I went to MINI looking to buy and was rudely dismissed. I wound up buying a "safe" Honda Civic. Ever since, I've regretted my choice as I've always wanted a MINI Cooper Convertible. After much thought, consideration, and prodding from friends who own MINI's, I decided to give the dealership another try. My mother and I could not believe how busy the dealership was in this economy. To me, that says something. We waited about 35 minutes, but it was well worth the wait (I was a walk-in, so I expected to wait a bit). Suditi was pleasant from the moment she walked over to us. She was extensively knowledgeable about the car, the accessories, even about wait times if I wanted certain extra accessories (i.e. - GPS!) I didn't once feel taken advantage of or that I was talking to an unprofessional. I felt so at ease working with her, it was almost like I was buying a car from an old friend. This is my 10th car that I've owned and I can honestly say its the first car I TRULY love. I will be a MINI owner for life now. And add to the great experience I had with Suditi, the dealership itself welcomes you in like you are part of the MINI Family once you become an owner. I think it's awesome. I bought a MINI in January,2012. Most of dealers welcome potential customers all the tome to sell cars of course, not not all of them take care of customers after sales. Last week I had to bring my mini in for service. I worked with Carolyn Capozzalo who not only explained everything to me, she also let me know about the car event on Saturday May 19. My car needed some work so Carolyn sent me off with a ton of information and a loaner car, making my life so much easier!! When I arrived on Saturday, my car was fixed. It did not cost me a fortune, which made me happy and I did look at a new mini. I worked with Erin Hilyer, she was so easy to work with. I was really thinking about buying another red mini, but she took me through the process again and I deceided on a beautiful blue car. It looks totally different that my first mini, and I just love it. I was not sure at first, but Erin took time with me there was no pressure to buy the car or anything else. She had the car driven around and when I saw it I knew it was the care for me. I am so happy that I made this decision, and believe it or not my car payment is less monthly that my old mini, even my husband is pleased about that fact! More
