I originally stopped in Prestige looking at the CooperS Hardtop last November and met with Erin. We sat back down and custom ordered a CountrymanS because they unfortunately did not have one in the lot that had the features I was looking for. Erin worked with me at getting what I think is a great price for the CountymanS and a good price for my trade-in. Communication was great in the time the car was in production and transport. When I was ready to ask questions I was connected to a sales person within 5 minutes. My salesperson Erin was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. When it was time to talk on price she definitely was respective of my budget and worked hard to find a car that suit my needs. I was there for quite a while trying to make a decision and I appreciate her patience. Did I mention I had an antsy 8 year old with me. Well she was made comfortable too with a cute mini toy car.
