She made the whole car buying experience super fun and was always ready to answer all my dumb questions with a whole lot of patience. My friends who had come along for my 1st visit to the dealership were also amazed with how friendly the whole atmosphere was and how excited Suditi got us by taking us out for the test drive when we met her at first.. without even asking... This was a fantastic purchasing experience. Suditi from the first phone call was really special and took care of everything I needed. The best part was when she learned that my daughter was sad for me trading in my pepper white cooper 2DR, when I came to pick up the car Suditi was ready with a purple duck (that is the Mini event in WA tradition) for my daughter (who named it ice cream) and also showed me first thing in the car, how to make the light colors change. I have been speaking with Erin Hilyer for about a year through emails back and forth about purchasing a Mini. Even after so long of communication, she remembers details about our conversations (about me through emails back and forth about purchasing a Mini. After so long, I finally was able to purchase my Mini Countryman and it was a fantastic deal and a great experience. Erin was fantastic!!! The dealership itself was great too. My 13yr old niece was with me and I know she was kind of bored waiting for my paperwork to be processed. They provided hot chocolate to her and use of an Ipad while we waited. She was happy too.
