I was in the market searching for a very specific Mini for my wife, and on top of that my local dealer sounded very unprofessional. Hence, I have to expand my search to 400 miles radius. I am in falls chu for my wife, and on top of that my local dealer sounded very unprofessional. Hence, I have to expand my search to 400 miles radius. I am in falls church Virginia area and I looked at dealers all the way from Richmond, VA to Hartford, CT. Bob Filenbaum of Prestige Mini made the first impression when I received a voice mail from him. I wish I could attach that voice mail for everyone to listen, but to describe, it was the most professional voice mail I ever received. Bob made sure that I understand every word that came out of his mouth. The patience he showed immediately told me that I am dealing with a very professional car salesman for whom it is not about numbers and sales but about real customer service. Although this by itself was not enough for me to choose prestige mini since I wanted the best deal in terms of price. My next step involved negotiating with couple of dealers that carried my specifications in stock. Bob Filenbaum again came to my attention when he beat all the competitors pricing and a promise to pick me up anywhere in NYC area when the deal goes through. I was impressed!! Not only did he beat the cr*p out of the competition in pricing but also provided the best customer service any one of those could have ever offered. The deal went through as agreed, I sent the buyers agreement, a pick up date and my travel plans. Bob picked me up at the agreed location and I was out from the dealership in less than an hour. The entire experience was awesome, I was asked to uncover the car myself. A photograph of mine with the car was sent to me in the email. Bob took time to explain all the features in car. A tank full of gas which was neither asked for or agreed upon, yet it was given without any mention of it. So, you must be wondering why the 4 star rating for customer service? It is because I was not very impressed with Richard Nudelman, their sales manager who was working as a backup of their Finance manager doing the paper work for me that day. First I asked if my wife's name can be added on the Title and he said "No, since all the paper work is done". I would have expected "Yes, but it will take X more hours, are you willing to wait?" The second thing I asked was to add a lien on the title for my finance company and he said we can't do that, while my finance company says they can! All I needed to hear was "Let me check with my title company and see how can we help you." I will now have to take the title to the local DMV and get my wife's name added and add lien for my finance company. The 4 star in customer service should be broken as 5 stars for Bob Filenbaum's service and 3 stars for Richard Nudelman's service. However, to be fair to the dealership and Bob's hard work, I would rate the dealership at 4.0 Stars in customer service. More

Last January I went in and bought my first mini a countryman. I first spoke with Erin over the phone, I told her what we were looking for and she was able to answer all of my questions. We met with Erin a few hours later, she new her product and took us on 2 test r we were looking for and she was able to answer all of my questions. We met with Erin a few hours later, she new her product and took us on 2 test rides, first with the base Mini Cooper and then with a Cooper S. The entire process from our first conversations through the buying process was excellent and the delivery process was very impressive. I would highly recommend Prestige Mini as well as Erin Hilyer for any of your Cooper Mini needs. More
