MINI of Ramsey

I chose Prestige Mini because of an add for a Mini Cooper Countryman S All 4 I saw on Auto-trader.com. No other reason besides that. My husband and I were greeted immediately by reception and soon were shaking hands with Suditi Bala-Chin. From the start, Suditi was warm and welcoming. She answered all questions with certainty and showed a clear loyalty to the MINI brand. Another fun fact about Suditi is that she really got me going with all of the mini events like the movie night and the different drives around the northeast. Not only was I buying a car, I felt like I was joining an exclusive club listening to her! We test drove the model I had seen online which went amazing. I told Suditi exactly what I was looking for in the car I wanted (which the model I tested didn't have all the desired options) and Suditi listened. I came back to the dealership the next day to put a down-payment on the car. To my pleasant surprise Suditi went above and beyond and found the car I told her I wanted just the day before and had it brought out for me to see. The model was the same but this one was new and had all of the features I wanted. Suditi even got me a better monthly payment by telling us about the mini select financing option. When it came to signing day, Suditi told me everything she needed from me over the phone for insurance, DMV, etc. and everything was taken care of when I got to the dealership. Overall I couldn't be happier with my purchase and Everyone at the dealership really did their best to make the whole process not just bearable but actually enjoyable. This definitely wasn't the typical car buying experience. More

I would like to say that if you want to buy a Mini go to Prestige Mini. My wife and I emailed them for a price on the car I wanted. Erin responded with a great price. Erin was going on holiday so when my wife and I wanted to look at the car she recommended Suditi Bala Chin. I have never met anyone who loved a product as much as Suditi. She knows more about Mini's and the Mini life style than anyone else. Suditi was very patient and answered all our questions and made sure we left the dealership with the best experience we could. When it was time to get financed Suditi took us over to Jeff to sign and buy the car. Jeff who is new to Mini but worked for Prestige BMW was very nice and explained the whole deal inside and out. I have purchased many things in my life but this is the first time I have been 100% satisfied with a dealership. The facility is like new a spotless. The environment is young feeling and fun. Took a 2008 Mini to Ramsey to get checked out because I just bought the car from another dealer. Mini did a safety inspection for free and found $3300 dollars of repairs that needed to get done. What a wonderful car buying experience. I have been looking for my dream car for years and Suditi showed me the one I wanted right off the bat I couldn't believe it. The best part about buying the car looking for my dream car for years and Suditi showed me the one I wanted right off the bat I couldn't believe it. The best part about buying the car was not only getting a sick MINI Cooper Coupe JCW but making friends with such a wonderful staff. Just a great atmosphere there. After I bought the car I feel so comfortable to call Suditi and ask her any questions. From how to work something on the car computer to where's the best place to buy some sport mounts for my licence plate. And who can forget the free car wash for life! I just pull up, drop my keys off at the front desk, wait 10 minutes, walk outside to a fresh washed car with the interior vacuumed (even when they say it's exterior clean only). You feel confident when you leave the dealership that they will be by your side for a long time after you buy your MINI, if not, forever. Hope to see you on the streets. LET'S MOTOR! More

Bob was very helpful, honest, and easy to work with. I came in knowing what I wanted months in advance and he kept me plated through the process.
