I had shopped for a certified pre-owned mini cooper convertible for almost a month before finding the car I wanted at the right price. We had a deal within minutes and the sales associate, Erin Hilyer, was friendly and very helpful, unlike some of the experiences I'd had with other, more local, mini dealers. I made the 100+ mile drive to pick up the car and it was cleaned, detailed and ready when I arrived. Erin Hilyer showed me around my new car and made the whole experience a pleasure. I just purchased a 2013 Mini from Bob Filenbaum and I couldn't be happier! For me, walking into a car dealership can make me a little anxious because I just expect to be pressured into purchasing a car r couldn't be happier! Thankfully that was not my experience at Prestige Mini. Bob was so great, answered every question I had and even gave me his cell phone number so I could reach him with any other questions. I also worked with Richard Nudelman to finalize the contract. He was also great! He helped me add an extended warranty at the last minute, which was a little more work for him but he certainly didn't make me feel that it was an inconvience, he seemed happy to do so!
