I just purchased a 2013 Mini from Bob Filenbaum and I couldn't be happier! For me, walking into a car dealership can make me a little anxious because I just expect to be pressured into purchasing a car r couldn't be happier! Thankfully that was not my experience at Prestige Mini. Bob was so great, answered every question I had and even gave me his cell phone number so I could reach him with any other questions. I also worked with Richard Nudelman to finalize the contract. He was also great! He helped me add an extended warranty at the last minute, which was a little more work for him but he certainly didn't make me feel that it was an inconvience, he seemed happy to do so! I would recommend for anyone who steps into Prestige Mini to request Bob Filenbaum. You will go home happy! Thank you Bob and Rich! More

Erin was friendly and easy to work with. I was in and out pretty quickly, and she took care of the paperwork before we came back so all we had to do was drop the check off and take the car home. I was a BMW owner and had dropped off my X5 for service and was given a Mini as a loaner car. I immediately fell in love with it! I begged my husband to look into getting one and he stopped by Prestige a and was given a Mini as a loaner car. I immediately fell in love with it! I begged my husband to look into getting one and he stopped by Prestige after work one day to get some numbers. He met Suditi, who helped my case! She was extremely informative, passionate, lovely, and it didn't hurt that she gave him a great deal!! When I returned to Prestige to pick up my new Mini (whoo whoo!!) and finally meet Suditi, whom my husband spoke to highly of, I was greeted by a bubbly woman that I learned to be Suditi. She was so endearing and excited for me to unwrap my new car! Once my Mini was unveiled, she was more than informative on all that my new car had to offer me. She is a Mini expert! She was so wonderful to work with and so thoughtful. She shared the story of the Mini rubber duck tradition and gifted me with my own and two for my daughters.
