Most fabulous car buying experience Went in to look at a Mini knowing that I wanted to lease. I was set up with Bob F. , and he was absolutely fabulous. I knew exactly what I wanted , an Went in to look at a Mini knowing that I wanted to lease. I was set up with Bob F. , and he was absolutely fabulous. I knew exactly what I wanted , and he really listened. He spent 3 hours with me test driving 2 cars and then SEARCHING a 50mile radius for the car I wanted. At no time did he pressure me to choose something from his lot. In addition, when the car was ready he came in on HIS DAY OFF to accommodate my schedule to pick it up! Stellar service! More

Our 1st MINI We came in to the dealership to test drive a used MINI and it was in the process of being sold as we walked in, Ruby was great! She immediately sensed our disappointment and within minutes had us in another car (RIGHT OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR) for a test drive!
