The staff at the service counter were very rude, unwilling to listen to my concerns, and did not provide adequate answers to my questions. First time i took my car they unscrewed a bolt from the stearing and spindle column and said its probly stripped n i need whole new part lies still same assbly no problems im also a mechanic they tought th stearing and spindle column and said its probly stripped n i need whole new part lies still same assbly no problems im also a mechanic they tought they could pull one secound time i had no choice to take because the jbe back ordered part and no one could get they couldnt put my old one back only thing not working was windshield wiper do to water damage after they diagnosed the problem they couldnt even get the car started they gave me someone ellses broken jbe they ripped out the wiring for my dash cam and said thts how it was they broke the plastics and didnt even acknowledged it i was stuck with a broken jbe i was charged about 2.5k for crank belt and belt tensioner plus what ever they made up for the jbe work to cover ther lost time i waited almost a year for the part n went back to get the piece swapped again they had issues unable to program the jbe said it was do to 3rd party radio finaly they figgered out a way i go get my car paying another 1.3k to only have wires hanging from the buttom of driver side for my obd connections the fuse box cover on the pessenger side isnt closing because bent and broken clips the side panel plastic clearly dammaged and not correctly positioned n broken parts but the worst my gear shifter collumn is out the whole thing slides under as you switch gears i am still at the dealer checking on all the things wrong with the car i tell the service manger and he blames me saying i broke as i show him its broken saying i jamed my finger n broke it infront of him as the piecs literally fall off then he asks me if i want him yo glue it back like are you ..... kidding me as i am complaining about what he is saying and the damage to my car he has the galls to suggest them i am under substance and that i am acting irrationally like are ..... kidding me again i had to explain how i am pissed and very rational as i came to have my car fixed but being handed it back with broken and dammages to my property he tells me things like im doing you a favor i didnt charge you for all the trouble with the jbe all the exra hours like he leagly can if he wanted witch he cant when the prices and times are fixed he can charge what ever for labor but the repair times are fixed meanin according to the job there is a set amount of hours they can charge for that job they cant charge u ten hours of labor for oil change for example he told you can just tow your car out if i want when they couldnt get it started the first time when i told them they are liable they try to make it like they are doin me a favor then the second time his like roads right there like ima leave with my car in the condition they left it they did not do me any favors they barely did there job they tryed to scam me they over charged me for things to cover there loses they threw blame on me for damges they created and took no responsibility...............n im not tryin 2 go back to a cell .....ps also my sun toof no longer opens and my dash cam does not work eather what ever they did to it More
I can't say much about the dealership because though I have purchased two Mini Coopers, I did not purchase them from this dealership. Prior to entering the Mini family I used to deal with Jeep in Teterboro, and I don’t mind telling you that they were horrible!
