The service department needs a little work. I came in on Saturday because my tire pressure had dropped from 46psi to 28psi. Rather than scheduling me to come in for a tie replacement they refil I came in on Saturday because my tire pressure had dropped from 46psi to 28psi. Rather than scheduling me to come in for a tie replacement they refilled my tire and sent me on my way. The next day the tire dropped to 20psi, so I refilled it and scheduled an appt to replace the tire. Monday when I arrived I found out that they didn't have my tire on hand (even though there is a sign touting using MINI service for tires because of immediate availability). A tire was ordered, I was given a loaner and I was on my way. The next day the tire arrived and put on my vehicle. The service team correctly identified that I had something in my tire, but didn't go beyond that. The way this should have played out it they should have asked me if they should order the tire right then. With less than 200 miles on the car, the only right thing for me to do was replace the tire (these are run flat tires, so with a nail in the toe I had no choice) More
