I always have a good experience at MINI. They always take care of me and are on top of it. This last time there was a confusion on what I was going in for (to fix an oil leak) and that was the first time I f care of me and are on top of it. This last time there was a confusion on what I was going in for (to fix an oil leak) and that was the first time I felt like things were a bit off. I learned that the person that set up the meeting for me quit right after helping me so there wasn’t that many details on the computer. Luckily, the new person helping me was on top of it and made my anxiety go away as soon as he started helping me. Though the beginning of my experience was a little wonky your employee made me feel at ease and made things super easy for me. Thank you! More

Very unhappy with Mini or Portland. Purchased a new 2018 hybrid Countryman three years ago. After only 15k miles on the vehicle all four tires need replacement. Discovered that dealers put very low grade ve hybrid Countryman three years ago. After only 15k miles on the vehicle all four tires need replacement. Discovered that dealers put very low grade version of tires on new vehicles to lower their own cost. I would not buy from them again and would not recommend to others either. More
