Had a rough start looking for a new car. Dealer lots were sparse and finding the right car—even across the nation—was elusive. I changed my direction and came to Mini. After a false start I started working with advisor Brian and after searching high and low locating cars that were close but not quite right, I decided to special order just what I wanted (something no other brand was offering me). Mini built the car and then I got it! I got weekly updates on the build, and all the questions I had Brian was able to help with. Back home with the new Countryman, I hadn’t thought up every question I’d need to negotiate personalization/settings process but Brian suggested a spot of helpful little videos for any feature that I couldn’t quite figure out. Lots of menu screens of preferences in the Mini! Cool car. Unique look. Lots of fun. Took some time but a mostly painless dealer experience. More

There are loyal customers, but that loyal business is a rare gem indeed. I’ve been coming to MINI of Montgomery County for almost 10 years since I bought my second MINI from a young and strangely empatheti rare gem indeed. I’ve been coming to MINI of Montgomery County for almost 10 years since I bought my second MINI from a young and strangely empathetic car salesman called Nick Kuhar. Nick subsequently got me into my 3rd, and yesterday my 4th MINI, a 2024 MINI electric. Nick is now the General Manager, and has never treated me as anything less than family, including making a great deal for my son when he came to MOCO to buy his first car. The star of this episode is my Motoring Advisor, Jimmy Stempien. He’s bright, energetic, funny, extremely knowledgeable, and knew to anticipate questions I didn’t know to ask. A high benchmark, this one. He packaged everything up smoothly, put a bow on it (literally, the car), and treated me not as a financial transaction, but as wanting me to be happy with what I drove away with. He succeeded. Thanks, guys, you knocked it out of the park again. More
It all started with just a simple windows shopping visit. I just wanted to take my wife for her to look at her one of my dream vehicles which it was the Mini Cooper. Needless to say that it felt like it wa I just wanted to take my wife for her to look at her one of my dream vehicles which it was the Mini Cooper. Needless to say that it felt like it was love at first sight, my wife quickly became emotionally invested with her new clubman. The Mini Cooper is in a different league all on its own, and it deserves recognition because of its fun and a great handling that BMW is known for. However, we hesistated because we had just purchased our previous vehicles six months ago from another make, but what propel us to make this purchase was not only because there were great incentives, but it was the customer oriented, friendly and helpful environment that made all of the difference. My wife and I were so impressed by the experience that I end up purchasing another Mini Cooper for myself. So I have to give kudos to Edio Alaracon because if it wasn't for his friendly, patiently and approachable attitude, it wouldn't have been possible for us to make these purchases. The same goes with Luis from the finance Department on which we weren't coerced to purchase a GAP insurance and/or Maintenance plan. More
