UPDATE: mini of Knoxville has now blocked me on Facebook for posting about my experience. They will silence anyone who calls them out for their bad business practices. Do not purchase from them - they are t for posting about my experience. They will silence anyone who calls them out for their bad business practices. Do not purchase from them - they are the worst dealer I’ve ever dealt with and are full of lies and deception. Take a lesson from me and other recent posters and avoid this place. They ONLY care about getting your money and after that they do not care at all. Bought a used car and after less than 50 miles it needed a new battery and brakes and cost me $2300. Mini refused to help pay for any of it even though I mentioned the battery during my test drive and they said they “fixed it.” Their version of fixing it must be turning off the warning, but when I brought this up they said I should’ve had them sign something saying they’d fix it. Truly the lowest of low car dealers I’ve dealt with. Once again, avoid this place like the plague. To James Lewis: You should be absolutely embarrassed by the way your staff acts. Christian and Mark are some of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever worked with. They don’t answer calls or emails and are extremely condescending. Maybe you like running a business that way, but it is beyond unprofessional to avoid a customer and act like they don’t exist. I will be filing a formal complaint with Mini and BBB. I can’t believe you think it’s ok to have a customer fork out close to $2.5k less than 2 weeks into ownership. See proof below of my bill - don’t give Grayson your business and continue spreading the word of their disgusting practices. More
My interaction with the dealer started out good. They had a used Suburban that was in my price range and not too crazy on mileage. We liked what we saw as gas as features. We told them upfront that They had a used Suburban that was in my price range and not too crazy on mileage. We liked what we saw as gas as features. We told them upfront that we had to have two keys and they said they'd get us the key replacement plan and then we could get the second key once we'd bought the car. We also told them upfront which extended warranty we wanted. But they didn't like that I wanted to use my own credit union and when I asked for the buyers order, they sent it without any of the extras I told them about so it was a few thousand less that what the real price was going to be. So I had to spend way too much of my own time going back and forth between my credit union and the dealer because the dealer wanted me to use their banks. The car also had illegally dark window timing and the dealer refused to do anything about it so I'm having to pay to have it removed. And we still have never gotten any info about getting our second key. Brian. Our sales person will not return any calls and one of the other dealer employees told me the last time I called that we didn't get the key replacement coverage. Do yourself a favor and don't use the dealer or any of the Grayson dealerships. They are very shady and try to slip stuff past you. More

Started out as a good experience. Found an SUV online and went to look at it. After a few days of back and forth on price we came to an agreement and the buys order was sent to my ban Found an SUV online and went to look at it. After a few days of back and forth on price we came to an agreement and the buys order was sent to my bank. My bank was less than a half hour out from sending the check when I recieve a text that the car was sold earlier that morning. There was no attempt made to reach me to let me know that they were reneging on our deal. They knew the check was coming but wanted more money than what had been agreed up the evening before. 4 hours later the car was still listed as available so my father in-law reached out and asked about it...guess what!!! Still hadn't been sold but someone was in the process(or so they say). Shady stuff...beware that even after you make a deal and your bank has drafted the paperwork from a buyers order the dealership sent...this place will reneg if they can make more money. I hope whomever bought the 2022 Kia Telluride got it for at least 30,939 all fees and taxes included since that's what they had agreed with me on. More
Horrible - buyer beware - purchased a used car for my teenager, upon receipt of the car and inspection (we don't live in TN), found the car needed over $7,000 worth of engine repairs. I was offered a war teenager, upon receipt of the car and inspection (we don't live in TN), found the car needed over $7,000 worth of engine repairs. I was offered a warranty but told it could only be used at the dealership, so I didn't purchase it. Have called almost every other day for almost 6 weeks and the manager will not return my calls or take my call. Absolutely horrible! More
THIS DEALERSHIP JUST TOLD ME THAT I COULD NOT HAVE MY $1000.00 DEPISIT BACK BECAUSE WE DID NOT HO THROUGH WITH A DEAL. I told the salesman that I wanted my mechanic to look over the car before we finaliz $1000.00 DEPISIT BACK BECAUSE WE DID NOT HO THROUGH WITH A DEAL. I told the salesman that I wanted my mechanic to look over the car before we finalized. There were things wrong with the car that I even agreed to pay for labor wise if they provided the parts. Amidst me giving them the check from Navy Federal one thing after another came about until I was fed up and asked them to cancel the deal. There was even two accidents on the car fax that I was not told about. They told me no because we had signed paperwork but I had not test driven the car nor picked it up. Then the manager tells me today 11/17/23 which is three days later than he should not be talking to me because my fiancés name was on the check from Navy Federal and that I could not have my deposit back. After financing charges this car was almost $40,000.00 Who wants to be pressed into a $40,000.00 uncertain purchase. I have been buying cars for a long time and these people are by far the worst people I have ever dealt with. Now I have to go to small claims court over a $1000.00 deposit that I do not feel comfortable about them not giving back. More

Bought a brand new vehicle and within the first year it’s cost me over $4000 In various repairs (not covered by warranty or extended warranty) the service at Mini in Knoxville is the worst - no care - no compassion - no one gives a xxxx about the consumer. I’ve bought five Minis over the years but after this last episode where they lied to my face I was done - vehicle was traded in - no more Mini for me. I would not recommend this dealership and am talking legal action to recoup money lost. More
Do not purchase from this dealer. Absolutely the worst car salesman, managers at this location. I purchased my vehicle last day of March, from that day forward it has been nothing but Absolutely the worst car salesman, managers at this location. I purchased my vehicle last day of March, from that day forward it has been nothing but repairs and headache. I tried to reach out to Mark (manager of this dealership) and he never returned my call. He had his salesman that sold me my car John Thomas reach out and say that Mark had asked him to reach out to me "as a courtesy" but he doesn't have time to deal with my issues. I was told that it was wear and tear on the vehicle since I am a "rough driver'" and it is all my fault that i had to replace a battery, Rotters and breaks and oil since having a car less than 3 months. Not too positive. Some of it my deal. But the day we were going to see the truck at noon, it sold! Didn’t get a chance to even see it. Some of it my deal. But the day we were going to see the truck at noon, it sold! Didn’t get a chance to even see it. More
