If I had to single out one special employee it would have to be Service Agent Tommy. Tommy has been working with me since I bought my FX35 back in 2012. He knows so much about my car and what I need to have fixed and how to service the car every time I come in, he has gone out of his way to make sure my car is serviced and repaired the right way each and every time I come in. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else but Tommy and Fields Infiniti. Great job by everyone at Fields from the employees to the brand new remodeled service area, what a pleasure to have your car serviced. More

I have had particularly good experiences with Juan, who has been so nice to work with the last two times. I have to admit I enjoy taking my car there for service. The breakfast is a nice touch and I get time to work remotely in a pleasant place. More
