I was very pleased with friendly service at Fields Infiniti. Jim worked diligently to insure that I left happy AND with the car I wanted. I have been dealing with Fields Auto for almost 20 years. My family and friends all bought their cars at various Fields locations from Infiniti to Volvo to BMW. The Fields organization stands behind all of the vehicles that they sell. Mr Chavez was very professional, courteous, and definitely not pushy in any way. He is very knowledgeable and really cares about giving the customer their own chance to decide on that which will make them happy. In this economy purchasing an automobile is a very big expense and should not be trivialized by greedy sales people like at other dealerships. Fields is a wonderful organization and now that Mr Iverson has joined the team, they are that much better. More

The entire experience of purchasing my 2012 G37x was pleasant except paying for it of course. LOL The car is awesome and Sal did everything he could to speed up the process. I love the cafe and so pleasant except paying for it of course. LOL The car is awesome and Sal did everything he could to speed up the process. I bought my car and it was missing second key and cargo net.Sales person promissed me to take care of it. Newer called me back.I went to dealer and talk to him and he was bla bla ill call you.Its been 2 m net.Sales person promissed me to take care of it. We purchased our new QX 56 from Fields Infinit. We had excellent experience with our sales man - Bill - and the showroom manager - Steven -. However, Mr. Adrian Bastea was extremely rude and unprofessiona excellent experience with our sales man - Bill - and the showroom manager - Steven -. However, Mr. Adrian Bastea was extremely rude and unprofessional when we were signing the paperwork. He was verbally abusive and even said " You should not have bought the car from here ". We were deeply insulted. We are reporting this all the way up to the owner of the dealership and to Infiniti USA. We do not want other customers to be treated the sameway we were treated. More

Stay away from this dealer. I ordered a new G and when the car finally came in they wanted another $1,200 for it and would not honor the deal that they made in writing. After speaking with the sales manag the car finally came in they wanted another $1,200 for it and would not honor the deal that they made in writing. After speaking with the sales manager and GM I left in disgust. I was thinking of suing them over this, instead I filed a complaint and then I purchased my G from another infinity dealer. Life is too short to deal with this kind of BS. More
