I had a real go around with the finance manager. I bought a car and was satisfied with it. Paid cash and then he sold me an extended warranty for $2,800. After reading the contract and realizing tha I bought a car and was satisfied with it. Paid cash and then he sold me an extended warranty for $2,800. After reading the contract and realizing that this is something I did not want, I came back and tried to cancel it. That's when it all hit the fan. The finance manager became irate. Ruth nasty combative. He was demanding information that was none of his business and he refused to process my request for a cancellation and a full refund unless I gave him private information that was none of his business. You really need to talk to this dude because he was off the rails. Be assured I will not be visiting many of fort Myers ever again More
First time here for annual service on my mini 2dr ht. Sara, the customer service rep, kept me informed through the process, performed while I waited. All went well and a shiny car was returned. Excellent service and repair at MINI of fort myers with Sara L. And the staff. After experiencing a slow leaking flat tire it was determined I needed a new tire (couldn’t patch it). Service was initiated Sara L. And the staff. After experiencing a slow leaking flat tire it was determined I needed a new tire (couldn’t patch it). Service was initiated , all electronically and I was in and out in less than an hour. A new tire, a few dollars lighter, but still a happy customer. Sarah and the rest of the team deserve a big thanks from me and Blu, my MINI. Well done!! More
$1800 of service was suggested, agreed and paid on our 2004 MC40. After completion the noise we requested service for was still there. They checked the car again and determined the car required an addit 2004 MC40. After completion the noise we requested service for was still there. They checked the car again and determined the car required an additional $7000 to repair. Had they accurately diagnosed this issue the first time we would not have gone ahead with any repairs as the vehicle is 17 years old. They credited $300 of the $1800 paid leaving us $1500 in the red. We inquired about a possible buy out and a woman associate told us she would contact us. She never did. More
This is my second Mini Cooper S and when ever I have been in I have been treated with concern equal, as if I were family. Everything was explained in detail and discussed until I understood. I was happy not to have big problems this time but appreciate knowing the car is in excellent condition. Extra appreciative that The manager came out to the car with me and explained the A/C in detail and set up the phone feature I didn’t even know I had. I called three friends on the way home...what fun! I would definitely recommend Mini of Fort Myers. More
Sara Lengyel she is always helpful. She treat my car like it’s her own and I like that. I have been here several times and they are always honest, courteous and hands on. The service dept. of Mini of Ft. Myers is excellent. Sarah and Eddie are the best. They always treat me as a friend. That is the problem. My 2016 John Cooper Works Clubman is the third Mini my wife and I have owned. Because I’ve gotten on first name basis with these two fine individuals I am troubled with the decline in dependability and quality of the Mini brand. I have spent more time with Mini of Fort Myers Service personnel than any auto brand I’ve had over my 70 years. I’ve spent more on repairs with with Mini than any of the Acuras, Volvos or any auto I have owned combined. Mini as a brand has seriously been diminished in my opinion. My views do not diminish in the least my estimation of Sarah’s or Eddies efforts to makes sure my experience with the service department were pleasant and professional. They are truly valuable representatives of Sonic. My complaint is with the decline in quality of the Mini product. More
